Supply, installation testing & commissioning of sensing round flow cassette type indoor units equipped with, prefilter, fan section with suitable static fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinet, drain pan, drain pump & occupancy sensor and floor temp sensor so as to automatically raise the temp of room in case no occupancy in room for better energy efficiency, unit should include insulation, pipe connection, variable evaporative temp control etc. of various capacities as per specification and drawing. All indoor units must have force shut adaptor to connect with fire alarm, so that the unit automatically stops in case of fire all complete including as per technical specification of following capacity. Supply and fix interconnecting regrigerant pipe work for following sizes with closed cell elastometic nitrile rubber tubular insulation (19mm/13 mm thick) between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifidcations, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported:- (Make: As per recommendation of OEM).

S&F of rigid PVC piping confirming to IS complete with fittings, supports as per specifications and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed of following size:-. (Make: As per recommendation of OEM).

Supply & laying of M S Slotted Angle of required size for pipes and cables horizontally and vertically along with threaded rod, nut, bolt, saddle, tie etc complete all as specified and dircted.

S & F TPN vertical distribution board, 6 way, IP30multiphase outgoings for mounting double door with and including incoming MCCB 160 AMP 10 KA -01 No & MCB SP 5 to 32 Amp -18 Nos ,10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps fixed properly on in concealed position all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm external dia rigid steel conduit, welded Stove enamelled, black complete with all fittings & , supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Round Multicore Flexible Cable Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS: 694/2010 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of GI slotted cable tray 150mm width x 50mm height and 1.6mm thick including necessary supports and frame work complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Item No 1 to 13 are for successful commissioning of VRV system of above capacity. If any other minor items are required for successful commissioning of VRV system, the same shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rates of item No 1 to 13. Nothing extra will be paid by Govt on this account. (ii) Contractors shall submit the drawing of VRV system prepared by OEM for approval of GE before starting the work. Rates quoted will be deemed included for this aspects.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/coping, stay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry Ganga sand for cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall only be measrured for payment.

M&L well burnt sub class 'B' bricks old size laid with width equal to the length of the brick for mechanical protection to cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 50 Sq mm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct/pole/road corssing etc complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Earth work including excavation ,returning filling, removal, sand cushioning, brick protection of cable etc. will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

M&L XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 25 Sq mm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct/pole/road crossing etc complte all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Earth work including excavation , returning filling, removal, sand cushioning, brick protection of cable etc. will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Supply & fixing of sheet metal enclosure with MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC fixed thermal & magnetic settings of 36 KA breaking capacity confirming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt-II/1993 (Latest version) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer.

M & L earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth electrode not less then 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earth test point including earth strip from earth electrode to test point , GI pipe 40mm dia light grade as protection pipe and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering pipe of required length including charcoal dust, common salt, excavation and earth work earth pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-0, 40 mm thick, reinforced with 3 Nos TMT bars 8mm dia both ways, funnel with wire mesh, testing and rest as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR-I complete all as specified and directed. S&F GI strip 32x 6mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Electrical Main LT Panel M&L Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type LT panel CPRI approved suitable to be mounted on the floor/ cable duct/ wall as per site requirement using MS channel frame work, with cable entry from bottom/ top as per drawing coordination by GE with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubical type formation with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders/ compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and /or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door opening & closing mechanism and digital Volt & Amp meter complete all as per CPRI approved manufacture's including following provisions:-.

(a) Copper bus bars for three phases and neutral, bus bar insulators, heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc., with necessary interconnections as specified in Technical specifications for electrical & mechanical works, comprising of following switchgear and accessories complete in all respects:-

Outgoing (a) 2 Nos for Out Door units (i) 01 No - (46 HP Out Door unit) - 100 Amp, 25KA, 415V TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, overload and short circuit release including door interlocking device, front operating handle , ON and OFF indication of LED module, bus bar extension for connecting cables etc. complete in all respects. (ii) 01 No - (60 HP Out Door unit) - 125 Amp., 25KA, 415V TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, overload and short circuit release including door interlocking device, front operating handle , ON and OFF indication of LED module, bus bar extension for connecting cables etc. complete in all respects.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 50 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) laid in panels as in floor finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide laid in panel in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161 -1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel plates/flats/angle etc. as in cleat guessed plate incl drilling, welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer‟s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer‟s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured baked enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (Two) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-driling screws all as specified and directed.” Note - Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and panting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

M & L mild steel angles, bars, flats, etc as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps plain angle cleats for securing purlins as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets(securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding of iron sliding door bolt etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of floor mounted air cooled package type 5.5 TR Nominal capacity , Air Conditioning unit having one evaporator & one scroll hermetically sealed compressor. Complete with refrigerant piping, inbuilt digital Microprocessor controller, Cleanable type synthetic material air filter, with indoor units mounting frame, internal electrical cabling. Copper tubing for hot & cold gas / refrigerant piping from indoor unit to outdoor unit.M S stand for out door unit , Electric control cable from indoor to out door unit with cable tray & condensate drain pipe of suitable size. Supply and fixing double door 4 way (SPN IP-43) distribution box 415 volts with 200 amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, 63 Amps, TPN and breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium extruded powder coated return /supply air grill with Volume control dampers with matching flanges horizontal fixed bar of 12 Nos,1.2mm thick and 11.5mm spacing with 0/15/30 degree deflection (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of air grills with Bird screen and vertical /horizontal adjustable louvers and volume control multi louvers dampers key operated from the front of the grill. Grill shall be MS construction of duly synthetic enamelled painted complete with nut, bolts, gasket etc as per site requirements and as directed.

Supply and laying of thermal insulation of duct with 19 mm thick nitrile rubber sheet insulation having density 50 kg/cum and fixing with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Acoustic lining to the Supply / Return air duct by using resin Bonded Fiber Glass Wool with One Side factory laminated black glass woven cloth or black glass tissue. The density of insulation material shall of 32 kg/m3 and thickness shall be 50 mm Thick .Finally covered the insulation with 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet having approx. 20-25% perforation with joints overlap and Screwed to the frame by means of brass metal screw. The perforated aluminum sheet shall be fixed by using GI nuts, bolts & washer to avoid metal contact. Coat of Primer Fevicol SR: 998 contact glue shall be applied as per standard practice complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Flexible canvass Connection for AHU's/package units to duct including zib superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI. Volume Control Dampers with matching flanges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mechanical fire dampers fusible type approved for 90minutes fire rating as per UL 555-1995 in main supply air duct including control wiring. The dampers shall be made of heavy gauge galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self lubricated phosphorus bronze bushes.The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the ‘open’ position by a high tensile spring and a fusible link. The fusible link should be UL stamped and operates at 74˚C, causing the damper to close immediately on break fire to prevent the spread of fire through the ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Operation fire dampers shall be interlocked with Package AC plant. In case of shutdown of fire dampers Package AC Plant should shut down automatically.

Internal Electrification Taking down ceiling fan with fittings and fixture from existing position carefully for the purpose of fixing of false ceiling and keep in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of ceiling fan dismantled under item No 50 here-in-before at the original position after completion of false ceiling work with all fixture, making electrical connection including provision of copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to fan connector complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling light fitting of any type and capacity with fittings and fixture from existing position carefully for the purpose of fixing of false ceiling, keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of ceiling light fitting of any type and any capacity dismantled under item No 52 above at the original position after completion of false ceiling work with all fixture, making electrical connection including provision of copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with four single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm drawn in MS conduit with two runs of 4 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) M S Conduit and fittings and cutting cheaseling and making good will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Four run of 6 Sqmm cable & two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS cable shall be measured one unit length.

S&F rigid metallic medium grade 32 mm dia stove enameled rigid steel conduit ISI marked in concealed position inclusive all fitting such as tee, bends, reducer, elbow, bell mouth, tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, saddlers, pipe hooks etc fixed properly on as in concealed position including cutting, chasing and making good to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
