Supply and Fixing Clay burnt ridge or hips tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 etc.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in sections in any position in unframed works.

Material and Labour for second class hardwood (SAL) scantling clean swan in unframed work as in rafters, purlins & trusses etc all as specified and directed complete.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing galvanised 0.63 mm thick corrugated mild steel sheeting class 8 with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type screws in roofs covering all as specified & directed

Fixing only CGI sheeting of any gauge with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks in roofs including cup washer etc complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing 0.80 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in eves board, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings class 8 with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type screws in roofs

Material and Labour for rolled mild steel sections in rafters, purlins and posts or hollow square pipe as in tiles battens/ purlins, nut bolts etc . where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and nut, bolts etc. confirnimg to Fe-290 (Gde E-165).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast con-crete articles
