Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of recipe-based Lube Oil Batching and Blending Process Control System along with associated works at Lube Blending Plant, Silvassa

PART-A (Capital Works): Design, Engineering, Supply, Procurement, Preparation of drawings/documents, Manufacturing or Fabrication, Loading and unloading, Transportation & insurance, Installation, Testing, Interfacing with third party system and integration with existing System, Configuration / Programming, Commissioning, TPI, SAT, FAT, all manpower etc. as per IOCL requirements, Test run, Training and Handover to IOCL as per Specifications and tender documents, complete in all respect. This scope shall be applicable to all items mentioned in this BOQ, without any additional cost to IOCL. Bidder to take note of above while submitting their bids. PART- A.I (Supply) PART A.II - INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING PART B (REVENUE WORKS): COMPREHENSIVE AMC: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for a period of Six years for entire Automation System after successful completion of warranty period (1 year) from SAT Date as described in Technical Bid i.e. total system shall be covered under CAMC includigng warranty period for 7 years. Cost of all the required spares, hardwares, tools and tackles, ladders, labours, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance Service, calibration of instruments, rectification/ replacement of faulty equipments, upgradation of softwares like windows and associated compatible softwares etc required for running and maintenance of the entire Automation System to the desired performance level throughout the contract period of CAMC is included in the item rates and the same has to be borne by the Vendor.
