Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for site clearence ie removing of vegitation all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type, D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns plinth beam and similar work flat and rough finished surface etc all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts piles column and similar work flat with fair finished surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels, RCC bands, and similar work flat and rough finished surface etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS) bars, 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS) bars, 8 mm dia ,cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, type C-5 using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finish even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation newly steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.
