Rough Excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes in Hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms. thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement Concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in floor finished even & smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width type C1 1:3:6 ( 20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base to floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in fooundation filling and mass concrete etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F compound girders and stanchions, lattice girder, aerial masts, stging for water tanks and the like including caps,bases, splices etc.builtup from two or more beam or channel section or angles with plates,including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc of Fe-410-W(gde-E-250)quality-A with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.or induction butt welded to angles, cleats conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted Alu-zink Plain steel sheets for ridge etc (Galvalume base) 0.5 mm thick, of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & diected.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for prepration of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro reflective sign board made up with 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet, of which both faces shall be fully covered with high Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Retro Reflective sheeting of approved specification as per MORTH having approved message, background having airforce blue colour and white letters both sides of the board (Matter and Base like symbols,letters, arrows) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison / 3M) and fixed on stainless steel frame, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All the boards are to be in trilingual (Kannada,Hindi,English) (ii) Stainless steel frame shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core ,PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, IS - 694 marked, with multi stranded copper conductor and earth continuity copper conductor cable of same size as in phase/neutral and connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories for light point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB, SP, 240 Volts 20 Amps, all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB DB two way without busbar complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay Galvanised Iron Tubes 40 mm dia, 'Madium grade', with all fitting; laid in trenches, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 Sqmm, 2 Core, all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road for passing cable through roads includingmaking good of disturbed road surface with 75mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1 over 100mm thick hard core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ size 23X11.5X7.5 cm and having crushing strength not less tha 75 Kg/sqcm, laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of brick complete all as specified .

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm of sand after laying the cable complete all as specified. (Note - Puned thickness will be measured )
