MISC ITEMS SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

Supply and Fixing decorative wall light fitting 9/11 watt, opal glass diffuser including lighting lamp, dimension 156mmx115mmx220mm complete all as direcded. Make - Havells Cat No. Aristo LHJE01106499 or equivalent in Philips / Crompton / Bajaj.

Supply and Fix LED bulb 10 Watt, retrofit pin type, lumen output 700lm, 6500K colour temp complete all as directed. Make:- Philips / Crompton /Bajaj / Haalonix / Wipro.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material & labour Cast Iron Manhole cover with frame of heavy duty (HD) casting and confirming to IS: 1726: 1991 for clear opening 560x560mm and chequered of cover shall not be less than 4mm thick. Manhole cover and frame painted with material having base with black bitumen composition. Frame shall be embeded in concrete firmly and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Cast Iron rungs for Manhole of suitable dimentions confirming to IS:5455:1969 weighing 5.3 kg each and footrest shall be painted with coal tar and portion embeded in cement concrete block 230x230x250mm being painted with thick cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS WORKS

Material & labour for providing & marking 2.5mm thick broken / continuous central / end line on the road pavement and the like of any description and width using white thermoplastic paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machiene with heating arrangement upto 160'C and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) complete all as specified and directed Make of Paint : Shivalic, Kothari, Jayanti and Swastic. Note:- The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly withourt showing sign of brush marks or surface underneath. It necessary, the surface shall be re-painted untill the desired result is obtained.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast 100mm bore ductile iron pipe class K-7 conforming to IS : 8329-2000 of min wall thickness 5.4mm including rubber gasket joints & testing complete all as specified. Notes: - (a) Excavation, earth work and DI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items (b) Cost of tyton joints is included in the rate quoted. (c) Standard length of the pipe should be 5.50m or 6.0m as available. (d) The measurement of the pipe shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short length without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the socket of all pipes and fittings. (e) Predespatch inspection & testing of DI pipe shall be carried out by the representative of AO. All the expenditure for the same shall be borne by the contractor and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the same

Material & labour for cutting GI/CI pipes and reducing to required length of dia 100/80 mm bore and insert Tee of suitable size complete all as directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of 1200mm x 1200mm x 900mm size (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 3mm thick and angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 3mm frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, necessary earth work etc complete all as specified and shown on drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of 900 x 900 x 900mm size (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 3mm thick and angle iron 25 x 25 x 3mm frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, necessary earth work etc complete all as specified and shown on drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and Fixing cable route indicator on route of with arrow made of CI of suitable shape showing "MES HT U/G cable11KV/MES LT U/G cable" (all word embosed) and fixed on 25mm x 25mm x 4mm angle iron not less than 450mm high, fixed in position including PCC 1:2:4 foundation of size 160mm x 160mm x 160mm complete all as direcded,

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubicle type IP-56, outdoor type conforming to IS 61439, factory fabricated pre-wired made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming/ outgoing MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work at bottom of MS channel MC 100 fixed to the top of platform. The platform for LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600mm height above ground level and minimum 400mm below the ground level constructed with bricks (sub class ‘B’) works duly plastered in CM (1:3) and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment, front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :- (a) Incomer of LT panel (i) Aluminium TPN bus bar strip of rating 400 Amp fixed on epoxy insulator-04 Nos (ii) Incoming adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic with short circuit breaking capacity 36 KA, 200 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volt-01 No. (iii) Multifunction digital meter to measure voltage, current, KWH, PF, Amp with 01 of CTs set suitable size-01 No.

(iv) Indicating lamp LED type 240 Volt AC set of three colour (RYB)-01 Set (b) Outgoing of LT panel (i) MCCB adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic with short circuit breaking capacity 36 KA, 160 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volt-01 No. (ii) MCB TPN 40A, 4 Pole, 10 KA, 50 Hz-02 Nos (iii) Multifunction digital meter to measure voltage, current, KWH, PF, Amp with 01 of CTs set suitable size-01 No. (iv) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 Volt AC set of three colour (RYB)-01 Set (for each outgoing) Notes :- (i) LT panel board shall be type tested from CPRI for 4000 Amps with breaking capacity not less than 65 KA & IP 56 as per IS 61439 Part I & II (A copy of valid CPRI type test report to be enclosed while obtaining approval from GE) (ii) SLD diagram for LT panel will be got approved from GE before placing the order and final diagram will be fixed on the front and rear door. (iii) Rate for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates.
