Plastering 12mm thick with CM 1:5 mix including all cost and conveyance of all material to siteand labour charges etc. complete.

Ornamental tiles laying with new ornamental tiles of size 230x150x2mm laid over roof slope portion in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadoing the walls with new Glazed tiles of size 150 x150 x6 mm laid in CM 1:2 ,10 mm thick and pointig with white cement using 0.40 Kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with ties surface

Exterior Emulsion ( Plastic Emulsion ) two coats over a coat of primer including preparation of surface by removing loose particles and other materials including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc. complete.
