Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value i.e 8.79Lakhs), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of Building Work

Work Done Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, i.e., Executed minimum quantities as 1. Cement Concrete 32.00 Cum and 2. Inverter type Split Air Conditioners of 2 Ton capacity 9 Each.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Achieved in at least two financial year an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 17.58 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract)
