Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 but n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 605x605mm size frame of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including G.I. hanger wire 2 mm dia. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners and dismantling of old ceiling frame with board of any type and size all as specified and directed

M&L for exposed metal frame ceiling with 8mm PVC coated calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Frame work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for premium double charge matt finish vitrified tiles 9-10mm thick (area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm each) in floors and skirting fixed with 3mm spacers set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) and pointed with epoxy tile grout filling of approved make and color including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar and position all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm gradded stone aggregate) as in bedding layer for laying in floor as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of approved texture and colour ) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas,shelves, cills, landings,cover stones, templates, platform bases etc.n exc. 2m in length,punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 10mm thick frosted toughened glass as partitions or fixed glass and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required and necessary fitting/ fixtures required complete all as specified and directed.
