Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells cesspits , manholes ,pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incluidng ,spreading levellling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm (soft/loose soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes(for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum getting out returning ,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in lyers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing sruplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excaveted material to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C 2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in suface channels and drains including necessary form work, stops, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement including farms ,mouldn,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The item is for adjustment of rate only.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floors/ sub-bases/ floor & paving etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs hold fast water troughs, filling in pressed steel door frame and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B 1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13.00 here-in-before but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15.00 here-in-before but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, exc 1.5m clear span cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat iron fillets for securing chain link fencing inlcluding all necessary drilling holes bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to grade Fe-290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as for Hand rails, half round or other stock section , nosing to steps in cluding embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) . including necessary riveting and / or welding and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolts hot dip galvanised manchine made with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwod the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10 mm dia moter of neck exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to Fe- 415, Fe 500 or Fe-550 as in steel reinforcement for concrete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21.00 here-in-before but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incluidng , securing or typing at crossings with and providion of galvanised mild steel wire ,staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measure) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for laying 60 mm thick machine pressed precast PCC coloured interlocking paver block moulded in PVC frame / mould any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade of approved design with gray cement and pigment to match shade / colour / matrix of tiles set and bedded over and including 25mm thick fine river washed sand duly compacted with surface vibrator laid over compacted sub soil in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 using ready mix plaster bags on brick/concrete surface of external wall finished even and fair. Make - Ultratech, rediplaster ,Birla Aeccrocem. Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- cotractor is required to deposit ready mix plaster bags for 100% CM quantity to Engr-in-charge with in 15 days issue of Work Order No-1.

M&L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or brick tile in paving cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing own with works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of old decorated plastered suface and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepparing of old plastered surface and applying one coat of oil boand distemper and over & including JK/Birla wall care putty wherever required to achieve smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepparing of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic except paint over a coat of red exide over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description not other wise specifically provide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (Post embedded in concrete brick work) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type any size including flat iron fillets secured in chan link fencing & MS screw bolts (if any) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire chain link fencing 50X50 mm mesh ,made up into mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position,including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling trellis work (jafri) including taking as under of battens in trellis complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tilling including cement morter bedding(but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of morter for loying of tiles finishas in cement morter 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm thcik precast cement concrete louvers and jallies in 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) including all mouldings set in cement morter 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in side of paver block ,rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement tiles 30cm X30cmX25mm thick set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with gray cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
