Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material exc.1.5km but n exc 5.00km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item no. 7 above but except stones complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1.Stones obatained vide item no 1 shall be re-used after complete removal of old mortars and cleaning. 2. Stones shall used for wallings free of cost.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Hand packing with broken stone aggregates size of (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.
