CONSTRUCTION OF GATE AT TRAFFIC RAILWAY SYSTEM (TRS) IN LOCO SHED AREA, NALCO, DAMANJODI

Amount

1.1.2) Removing the excavated materials, debris of any description and any other waste materials, spoil heaps including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places,spreading, levelling complete as per direction of E-I-C. lead within 2.00 KM.

2.8.1) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains of required size dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

4.1.3) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level ( Cement will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

4.1.8) P/L P.C.C 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand: 8 Graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level( Cement will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

5.9.1) Centering and shuttering Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

5.12) Providing precast reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, drain covers etc. including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position reinforcement for all type of RCC work at all height and depths, carting / transport them form store/issue points to site of work, straightening, bending, binding to required shape and size as per details, including supplying and binding with soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

6.32.2) Fly ash Brick work F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5with CM 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in ( Cement & Fly Ash brick will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

8.12) Fly ash Brick work F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5with CM 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in ( Cement & Fly Ash brick will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

10.28) Providing & fixing of stainless steel ( Grade 304) for stair case hand railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature ( wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bults complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size with suitable arrangement as per direction of E-I-C.

11.20.1) Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).White cement required for the work shall be procured by the contractor.

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including curing etc all complete for all height. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.47.1) P&A Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

14.43) Removing distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches (for changing colours) etc. complete.

14.54.1) Enamel paint of One or more coat on old work

15.2.1) Dismantling of Plain cement concrete including stacking material within 50Metres lead as direction of E-I-C.

15.7.4) Dismantling of Brick masonry work including disposal of materials within 50 mtrs.lead as directed by E-I-C.
