Demolition of Concrete of any description (unreinforced) and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other frame/Chowkhat of size 45x70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properly of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant 152 Section 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates aggregate, as in sunken floors and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prelaminated 18mm thick lead free factory made 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) sheet having high natural fiber content 25 to 30% wood colour sheets with density not less than 500 Kg/Cum and the weight of sheet of 1 sqm should be 11 Kg (+-5%) manufactured by ISO 9001-2015 certified company the sheet should be 100% water proof termite proof, fire retardant, manufactured by single layer extrusion process with excellent screw holding capacity and shore D hardness complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:3 in ceiling, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of white wash on old plastered surface, as in ceiling including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Vitreous China wash down water closet pan including P or S trap (pedestal pattern), white or in matching colour of tiles (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat cover white colour or in matching colour with closet closed pattern with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device and wash down water closet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anty siphonage pipe etc. and including 110mm bore PVC 'P' or 'S' trap complete incl making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 2-3 mm thick wall care putty on new plaster surface of walls after -preparation of surfaces.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of size 300mmx450mmx7mm thick, set, jointed in colour cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 400x400mmx6 to 7mm thick, non skid ceramic coloured tiles in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stop valves (ISI marked), 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type with long shank and cup(concealed type) screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed in pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer as on old surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices plasters and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair shower 100mm fixing with 15mm pipe incl shower arm 15mm size complete all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of CP health faucet with ABS body, 1.25mtr flexible tube &hook fixed with and incl CP screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sinks made of stainless steel w/o drainage board 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes pipe and waste coupling including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, bowl size 610mm x 460mm x 225mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as approved as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be applied both on floor and wall. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly. (b) Apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions of make/manufacturers as specified. (c) Manufacturer/approved agencies for water proofing treatment to sunken slab/portion membrane shall be as per approved list (Note:-The Rate included for WPC )

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
