Description

Item no.01 Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surfaces even with hand scrapping, scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.02 Providing and applying priming coat over new/old steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrappers and sand paper, scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.03 Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to new /old structural steel work and wood work in buildings, including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etc. complete

Item no.04 Painting (CW-PTG) 4.1 Painting of pipe pole up to 6 m length along with street light/ pole brackets/ clamps etc by scrapping the existing paint complete as per specification no CW -PTG/PTP

4.2 Painting of steel tubular/ rail/ RSJ pole above 6.0m length along with street light pole brackets, clamps etc by scrapping the existing paint complete as per specification no CW -PTG/PTP

4.3 Spray painting of distribution transformer above 200 kVA capacity complete as per specification no. CW-PTG/PDT

4.4 Painting fencing of transformer substation including all supports, iron work and doors from both sides by scraping existing paint, with one coat of red oxide & two coats of aluminium paint complete

4.5 Painting of feeder pillar/ switchgears and frame of panel board with single coat of red oxide & two coats of approved quality enamel paint by scraping existing paint complete. (while calculating square meter area, area of angle iron frame on which the switchgears are erected shall be considered if required)

Item No.05 Providing and applying white-wash in two coats on old / new plastered or masonry surfaces and asbestos cement sheets including scaffolding and preparing the surface by brushing and brooming down etc. complete.

Item No.06 Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning ,preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat ,scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete.

Item No.07 Providing and applying 2 coats of alluminium paint of approved make to new structural steel work in buildings and workshops including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat)etc. complete
