| 1 | (a) Supply, precision installation, comprehensive functional validation, and certified commissioning of a fixed, self-activating condensed fire system, rigorously engineered in compliance with RDSO Specification No.RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0184-2015 (Rev.1). The system shall be designed forautonomous deployment or seamless integration with addressable fire detection and alarm systems. The Protection unit shall contain a net Five Thousand gm of generating S-Type compound (Strontium Nitrate-based), hermetically sealed within a high-integrity cylindrical discharge vessel fabricated from SS304 stainless steel or equivalent corrosion-inhibiting material. The enclosure shall be IP65-rated, ensuring resistance to environmental ingress, and the device shall maintain a minimum operational lifespan of 10 years. Activation modalities shall include: - Thermo-sensitive linear heat detection cable (rated for 175°C ±10°C) - Frangible bulb thermal actuators (rated: 68°C, 93°C, 140°C) - Electrically actuated modules compatible with 24VDC/220VAC supply conditions Performance Specifications: - Agent dispersion at a minimum design concentration of 100 g/m³ - Discharge cycle ≤ 40 seconds - Operational envelope: –45°C to +70°C with 95% RH non-condensing - External housing and nozzle surface temperature ≤ 200°C during activation The compound must exhibit stable combustion at 350°C–600°C with negligible post-discharge toxicity and minimal non-conductive particulate residue. The oxidant-to-fuel composition (35–50% by mass) shall optimize flame Protection kinetics, with measured corrosivity <1 µg/cm² as per ISO 21207. Applicable Standards & Certifications: - NFPA 2010 | UL 2775 | ISO 15779:2011/2012 | EN 54 (Parts 5, 10, 18) - EMC compliance to EN 61000-6-1 and EN 61000-6-3
(b) This item involves a heavy-duty manual pull station built for triggering strontium nitrate fire Protection systems. It operates through a deliberate dual-action "Lift and Pull" motion and includes a break-glass cover for added safety. The unit is encased in a die- cast metal body with a corrosion-resistant coating and backed by a 14-gauge plated steel plate, offering durability even in harsh or industrial conditions. Versions of this device are available in weatherproof and explosion-proof configurations, expanding its usability in critical environments. Installation is straightforward using single-gang mounting, and the terminal block accommodates four wiring positions. Internal access is secured using either a key lock or a hex screw, ensuring resistance against tampering. Electrically, the unit contains a single-pole, single-throw snap-action switch rated at 10 amps for 120V AC applications. Measuring 4.75 inches by 3.2 inches by 0.875 inches and weighing 420 grams, the device delivers reliable manual activation for fire Protection with complete connection as required.
(c) This part covers the installation and commissioning of a conventional heat detector, UL-listed and specifically designed to work with fire Protection systems. The device has a low-profile construction and features two 360-degree visible LEDs that blink during normal monitoring and remain steady when in alarm mode. Using a thermistor-based sensing method, it can detect fixed temperatures and rapid temperature increases, triggering alarms at 59°C or when the temperature rises more than 11.1°C per minute. It supports non-polarized wiring for simplified installation and operates within a voltage range of 9 to 33V DC. The detector performs reliably in ambient temperatures from –10°C to 37.8°C with up to 95% non- condensing humidity. With a standby current of only 50 µA and a response time of 60 seconds, it ensures prompt activation with a maximum alarm current of 90 mA. Mechanically, it measures 100 mm in diameter and 46 mm in height (including base), weighs 130 grams, and is rated IP-42. Compatible with the RE-314B base, it offers a coverage area with 5-meter spacing and a response cycle of 5 seconds, making it suitable for precise thermal detection in strontium nitrate systems.
