SCHEDULE

Cutting, removing and uprooting the existing trees inside the proposed treatment area and clearing the same away from the site including the cost of lead, lift, labour charges,hirecharges for cutting machine, replastering the cracked surfaces as directed by the Engineer at site.

Trees protruded inside the walls of the building

Completely removing the existing worn-out tarfelt in two layers over the existing terrace and clearing the debries including the cost of all materials, lead, lift labour., complete.

Supplying and applying acrylic polymer modified mortar over the damaged tile surfaces as a priming coat including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc, complete.

Supplying and applying two coats of elastomeric coating using ISI water proofing chemical FORSROC or equivalent over the fiber mesh of 45 GSM on top of the terrace tile surface including the cost of all materials, labour, lift , lead etc., complete.

Transporting the wornout tarfelt and other dismantled debries materials from site. The rate includes the labour charges, lead, lift, transport,etc., complete.
