E/M WORK Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete.

Taking down main switches/DB's and making the good to the disturbed surface complete.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc complete.

M&L for preparation of puttied surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including priming coat of exterior primer over new or untreated old plastered/ unflustered surfaces of Overhead tank and installation of GE utility to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over new or untreated old plastered surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper/ primer should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including priming coat of exterior primer over new rough plastered surfaces to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles (400x 400mm) 7 to 8 mm thick, dark shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in screed bed (1:6) base, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7mm thick) in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick black granite stone slab of any type with table rubbed and polished, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster with and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surfaces as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part -I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state, the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered.

Dismantling brick tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plaster & leaping whether full thickness removed, or part thereof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC padding on roof etc., and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete surface or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30Kg per sqm followed APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick minimum weight 3.6kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) as per manufacturer's instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4, where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC laminated gypsum false ceiling consisting of 600mmX600mm, 5mm(+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x1" (25mmX25mm,1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'X2' (600mmX600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aluminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) angles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vacuum the system and after maintaining vacuum for 24 hours supply and charge refrigerant gas HCFC 22/407 C/410 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable AC compressor of capacity 5.5/7.5 TR package type AC, and repair of the same compressor at company authorized outlet including replacement of bearing - 02 Nos, rewinding of same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slots separation of rotor and starter making insulation to all joint pressure testing, oiling, lathe work, piston rings, shaft seal, bush & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE- Compressor maintenance cost for next 6 months is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 3core all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
