Head and 11LPS K.S.B. make non clog sewage submersible motor pump set no. 1,2,3&4 non clog vertical submersible motor pump set carefully opening the stator and rotor of motor and cutting of burnt winding wire from stator slot cleaning of slat by etc. after cleaning of slat complete rewinding of stator by super enameled copper winding wire with by “F” class insulation and varnishing, drying by heating process and fitting the assembly and trail and testing etc. on load complete. including following works.

Opening of pump assembly removing of old cooling providing and felling of fresh Cooling, Oil seal, & Uppper ball & Lower ba;; bearing - 1 set. etc. checking of both mechanical seal seating of impeller gape providing of packing material including Transportation of motor pump set from site to work shop and after repair work shop to site loading unloading charge.

Complete repair of 15 HP, 1440 RPM, 50 Heartz, 15 Mts. Head and 35 LPS Aqua make non clog sewage submersible motor pump set no. 1,2&3 including following works.

Complete dismantling of the motor pump set carefully and cutting and removing of old burnt copper wire from stator. And cleaning of stator slot by CTC.

Providing and rewinding stator, insulated against heat and humidity to class-F (1550c) of super enameled insulation copper winding wire. 9 kg. × 3 no. = 27 Kg. (As per required)

Providing of insulating material H-class insulating paper, fiber glass tap root, impire cloth, soldering wire etc. (as per required)

Cleaning of stator winding removing moisture & varnishing of stator winding by Dr. Back warmish, drawing and Labour charges for fully rewinding stator of motor.

Providing and fixing of Uppper ball bearing - 1 set. Lower ball bearing - 1 nos. size (any standard Make. SKF, NBC etc.)

Providing and replacing of water proof mechanical seal assembly set as per orininal size. Type Burgmen make, MC 1-60 mm mechanical seal - 1 set, T/C to carbon double function - 1 set. (As per sample any standard Make)

Providing of lead wire separator and "O" ring set thermal plate and packing material & fastners with checking of both cable and cleaning of cable inside the chamber leak proof compound complete filling of motor assembly.

Providing and turbinal 46 no. of cooling oil. 5 lit × 3 no. = 15 liter ( as per required.)

Dismantling of pump assembly dynamically balancing of impeller providing of impeller nut as per size.

Complete repair of 120 HP, 1440 RPM, 50 Heartz, 14 Mts. Head and 72 LPS Aqua make non clog sewage submersible motor pump set no. 1,2&3 including following works.

Transportation of motor pump set from site to work shop and after repair work shop to site loading unloading charge
