Shifting, dragging and stacking of damaged T/fs to be repaired in the workshop at proper place in cutting yard & pre-checking/ physical inspection, testing of transformer before dismantling i.e. Megger Test (if OK) then HV Test (if OK) then No-Load & Load Losses Tests as per instructions of Junior Engineer in charge. Dragging of T/f Tank to washing Zone its cleaning by jet pump and washing by caustic soda shifting to open space for drying Providing primer of red oxide on the inner and outer side of tank and painting inner side of T/fs including core channel and tie rod / core rods with heat proof zinc chromate paint and out side with two coats of synthetic grey enamel paint. The paint should be of Asian/Nerolec/Burger/ Dulux/British make only. Writing of PUC/ Unique No. of transformer readable paint color with the help of stencils design. (i) 160 KVA

Tanking of the complete core and coil assembly (CCA) in to the painted tank safely, filling of reclaimed / centrifuged/ fresh oil fitting of all accessories. (i) 160 KVA

Welding/ Tightening of nut and bolts of top cover of repaired T/f by electric welding filling Gap etc. properly including denting of tank if necessary and welding of MS plate 100x50x3 mm thick on the out side of the T/Fs contain unique no., capacity, name of the workshop etc. at proper place . General Cleaning of T&P / Machinery and stacking of material at suitable place

General clearness of store testing room, workshop floor, oven area, generator room, in cutting area, tanking area, assembly area, painting area by wiping, booming and wooden dust properly to keep floor clean by engaging proper man power for cleaning works. As required for cleaning works
