PROVISION OF MOORING POINTS AND PARKING SHED WITHOUT HARDSTANDING IN FLOOR AT AFS MOHANBARI UNDER GE AF MOHANBARI

Cutting cement concrete for making rectangular hole of 212 mm x 512 mm and depth 250 mm into M-40 concrete, cut to shape using concrete cutter by DCH 300 or HILTI DD 200 machine (water cooled), fixing of mooring ring of 20 mm dia bar, 1.00 M length, (200 mm + 250 mm + 100 mm + 250 mm + 200 mm = 1000 mm in shape) medium carbon steel and made to shape required, welded into and including rectangular box of size 180 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm made from MS Sheet of 6 mm thickness, filling up the balance portion of after making shape of 180 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm depth with M-40 concrete and grouting the rebar using solid grout with high flow non-shrink cementious grout " conbextra" after applying a bonding coat using 'Nito Bond EP' as per manufacture's instruction etc complete all as specified and as shown on the sketch marked 'P'. Note:Offset of 10mm at both end of bottom plate of box 180 mm x 100 mm to be provided.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete for fixing fencing posts or struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled Mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without conecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled mild steel in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality Acomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
