FLAME PROOF LIGHTING M&L Concealed Point wiring complete with two runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through and including rigid steel ERW conduit min 20mm dia (stove enameled) heavy duty as per IS 9537 Part I and including all necessary flame proof, weather proof conduit accessories and fittings fixed to Concealed in wall/ceiling with teflon tape sealed in all threaded joints in conduit and fittings for light points and including 2.5 sqmm (or nearest equivalent Metric size) single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade Continuity wire (connecting to earth dolly) & wiring shall be suitable for flame proof area as per STEC-7 for the Two light points controlled by one switch/MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix factory made mild steel flame proof distribution boards, class LM-6, protection class (IP-55)CMRI certified suitable for Gas Group IIA & IIB suitable for mounting MCB/RCCBs, DBs TP&N 4Ways,415 Volts conforming to IS-2143 with minimum 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and directed

Supply , Fix LED Flameproof tube light fitting CMRI Certified 2X20W LED Tube Light fixture complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of Cat Part No. EXTN2LT8-16/20 lamp of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model of Flexpro/Bajaj/Phillips as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 16 Amp, 10KA rupturing capacity class-C (ISI marked, IS-8828) fixing in DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 06 Amp, 10KA rupturing capacity class-C (ISI marked, IS-8828) fixing in DBs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flame proof 40/45 W LED Security light fitting with surge protection device, 240 volts AC, 50 Hz of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure dia cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminar with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver, pre wired, complete with all necessary fittings and fixed on wall with suitable dia bend shape GI pipe light grade of appx length 1.0 mtr with clamps nut & bolts etc. as directed and specified. Make : Crompton, Model : 5000K ANSI BIN, Cat No. FWL 1315-40-CDL/HB LE or equivalant form make of philips/ Bajaj Greaves/ Havells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of 2.5 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductors, 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, drawn-through rigid steel ERW conduit (stove enameled) 20 mm dia heavy duty and including suitable size and fittings/ accessories, concealed in wall and also including the one run of 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of single core of 2.5 sqmm,one run of 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductors and one run of 20mm dia conduit with accessories shall be measured as one unit run length.

ROAD, PATH ,CULVERT AND HARDSTANDING Material and labour 200 Micron polythene film (white) over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately in Sch 'A' Part - III.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade alkali resistant ( APEX/ACE) paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of approved earth (soil) and forming embankment (in road work, hardstanding,path and culvert ) including raising (or lowering) earth (soils), spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The earth shall be brought from outside MoD land by contractor at his own arrangement. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of this. (ii) The earth shall be approved by GE. The contractor will also intimate about the source from where he intends to bring the approved earth. AGE shall visit and verify the same. (iii) Measurement of finished compacted earth (finished embankment) shall only be done for purpose of payment of this item.

AREA DRAINAGE M&L Continuous fly ash brick edging with width equal to length of the brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supplying, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting , jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast ISI marked, with socket and spigot ends (IS 8329/2000) in standard length, of class K7 specification with outside zinc coating complete with EPDM rubber ring as per IS 5382 of 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note :Special DI fittings and excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L ,Ductile iron fittings, IS-9523 marked viz bends,tapers,reducers,tee pieces (single or double branch) any type ,angle/radius and straight connecting pieces ,flanged/socket and spigot ends ,size of pipe upto 100mm bore,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connect and test sluice valve of size 100mm and 1.0 PN class, cast iron body with forged brass spindle, non rising type and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked, complete with neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 90cm x 60cm x 100cm (internal dimentions) and brick masanary in CM 1:6 with 15cm thick PCC foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone agreegate) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC coping, using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) with necessary locking arrangement and pointed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil returning and filling in and ramming and removal of surplus soil upto a distance not exc 50 mtr.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of existing 150/200mm bore CI pipe in position for inserting new tee, branches, sluice value etc including provision of required CI/DI special along with 03 Nos of run lead joints required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road,pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure.complete all as specified and directed.

External Electrification Supply , install, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (includng CPRI type IP 54 test certified) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 200 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & inner 2 mm thick and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt and Amps meter and 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame work.The complete feeder pillar box should be powder coated including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables appropriate size but not less than 4 Sqmm. Front opening type with cable alley entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers instructions with 2 Keys including the following provisions :- INCOMING:- (a) MCCB TPN 32 Amps - 01 No. (b) Bus bar Aluminium TPN 200 Amps - 01 Set. (c) AMP meter digital type - 01 No. rating 0-100 amps. (d) Voltmeter digital type including indication lamp R.Y.B. 0-415V. OUTGOING:- (a) MCB TPN - 16 Amps - 03 Nos Note: Panel shall be mounted on 2' height PCC platform.Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included this provision .

LIGHTNING PROTECTION S&F test point with junction box,poly carbonate body of size 100x100x60mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos,8mm dia,25mm long hex head screws complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Naptune Cat part No. 1002 or equivalent as approved by GE.

DUNNAGE BLOCK Supply of FRP (Fibre Reinforced plastic ) dunnage block of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.2m of quality complete all as specified and directed.
