Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m depth, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, as in all kind of soil, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type soil, complete all as specified. [Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.]

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforcement TMT bars of Grade Fe–500D of 8mm to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers as 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with and including mixed with water proofing compound @2% of weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc., including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of WPC as specified.

Cleaning/De-silting of blocked gully trap / floor trap (upto first manhole) manually by rodding and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, de-silting, from inside the gully trap & connecting pipes from floor trap, WC, WHB, urinal & upto first manhole, flushing with water after cleaning and including sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC cover slab without any damage.

Cleaning/de-silting of manhole of any size of depth upto 1.5m, completely by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone / brick bats, sludge/sludge water etc., complete all rubbish shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, with and including clearing and cutting away all grass, vegetation, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 2m all around the manhole, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC cover slab without any damage.

All as per Serial Item No. 19 here-in-before but for manholes of depth exceeding 1.5m deep but not exceeding 3.0m depth.

M&L for Clearing and cutting away all grass, vegetation, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exc. 30cm girth, on top / sides of entire buildings including digging out roots, applying sulphuric acid and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3, with and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning / De-silting of septic tank of any size & depth, completely by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out mechanically by means of suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tank attached to suction pump and including sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, with and including clearing and cutting away all grass, vegetation, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 2m all around the septic tank, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC cover slab without any damage.

Removing the demolished / dismantled building materials from site, deposited & levelled in low laying areas with lead upto 1km, complete all as specified. Note: This item shall not be allowed for the items covered under Schedule of Credit and One metric tonne shall mean one load.

Cleaning/de-silting of Storm Water Drains of any size, completely by taking out all debries, garbage or any liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone / brick bats, sludge/sludge water etc., complete all rubbish shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, with and including clearing and cutting away all grass, vegetation, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exc. 30cm girth at sides of drain, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC cover slab without any damage.

De sludging / Cleaning completely of Solid & Liquid sludge by pumping out mechanically by means of suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tank of tanker truck attached to suction pump and including sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, with and including clearing and cutting away all grass, vegetation, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 2m all around the Soakage Well /Manholes, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC cover slab without any damage.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line upto 200mm dia, (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage, including de-silting and de-chocking by flexible sewer roding, and flushing with water after cleaning, including clearing of in between manholes (Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down & refixing RCC manhole cover slabs without any damage.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line exceeding 200mm bore dia but not exceeding 450mm bore dia pipe, (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage, including de-silting and de-chocking by flexible sewer roding, and flushing with water after cleaning, including clearing of in between manholes (Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
