Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons,dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick machine cut granite tiles (any type) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with granite stone shade including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick sheet kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and 40 mm nominal size, copper alloy, nickel chromium plated finish waste fittings with including silicone sealant; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipes overall size 940 mm X 460 mm bowel size 405 mm X 354 mm X 203 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing to walls , ceiling and laid in trenches 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix , bib tap, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule,15 mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,conforming to IS 15622, Grade B II, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, Digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 X 250 X 7-8mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados,skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor (FRLSH) cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction / inspection cover etc. ISI marked and galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor (FRLSH) cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) The chases in the wall shall be cut with elect cutter and rates of the same will deemed to be included in quoated rates (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement plaster 1:4 including matching the surfaces with as per existing finishes and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge):- (iii)Wiring to be done as per approved colour code in IE rule.

All as per item no. 09 above here in before but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC sheathed copper conductor for one 3 Pin 15/16 amps socket outlet on independent board including continuour earth wire with 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly.

Supply and fix concealed sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 4 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 4 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Two runs of 4 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. (Note: Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be deemed to inclusive quoated rates .)
