Amount

Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of DG set complete i.e. Engine, Alternator etc for efficient functioning including provision of all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc for repair. Maintenance will be carried out all as specified for various capacity DG Sets here-in-after and as directed. (a) Changing of engine oil. (b) Checking clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (c) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, screen filters assy. (d) Changing of water filter element. (e) Topping up of coolent. (f) Changing of Hydraulic governer oil. (g) Tightening of all nut bolts. (h) Greasing of all points. (i) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (j) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. (k) Adjusting valve tappet clearence/timing. (l) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (m) Repair/rewiring of broken/damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine proction devices etc. Note : (i) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/testing will be issued under Sch "B" 'Free for filling' and coolent , lub oil, engine oil will be paid separately. (ii) Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and replacement/refixing of new spare parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii) Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, screen filter by pass filter etc will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Routine maintenance carried through OEM/OEM authrised Dealers only and certification of OEM to be produced complete.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable plug top of Geyser of 50/35/25 Liters and Supply and fixing 16 Amp plug top with all connections and acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repair PVC Connection pipe 15 mm dia 60 cm ( hot and cold) long heavy duty with two Nos brass chromium plated union complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing unserviceable heating element from geyser of 25/35 litre capacity and Supply and fixing new heating element of 2.0 kw 230 volt, testing for its functionality and refixing all electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing unserviceable heating element from geyser of 50 litre capacity and Supply and fixing new heating element of 1.5 kw 230 volt, testing for its functionality and refixing all electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for checking of ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/pedestal fans after taking down the fan carefully from any position and removing from site to workshop, rewinding of fan coil after removing the blades with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and replacement of split pin, jam nut & rubber bush and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only calcium Hypo Chlorine 65%-70% Chlorine content calcium based granular disinfectant (45Kg sealed drum) for water treatment, much more stable than Chlorine Gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochoride complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: Test certificate are to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

Material and labour for servicing of Indoor and Outdoor unit of Window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR by means of electric blower and water under pressure cleaning & Washing of condensing Coil/ Cooling Coil by Soap Solution or recommended chemical, oiling and greasing of Moving parts such as blower motor etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Material and labour for servicing of Indoor and Outdoor unit of Split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR by means of electric blower and water under pressure cleaning & Washing of condensing Coil/ Cooling Coil by Soap Solution or recommended chemical, oiling and greasing of Moving parts such as blower motor etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Material and labour for servicing of Indoor and Outdoor unit of Cascete type AC of capacity 3.0 TR by means of electric blower and water under pressure cleaning & Washing of condensing Coil/ Cooling Coil by Soap Solution or recommended chemical, oiling and greasing of Moving parts such as blower motor etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Supply and charging refrigeration gas R-22 for Split/window AC/water cooler all as specified and directed.
