SCHEDULE A BOQ

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out for taking down/laying of pipes

Returning, refilling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in hard/dense soil

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m distance and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point

PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm aggregate as in foundation of tarmac/taxi light assembly with spikes all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with flyash bricks ,straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed

Hardcore of gauge n.exc.63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/Red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 150 mm thick using 20 mm graded stone aggregates and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement as in platform/foundation all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of burnt/ damaged cables from panels/ junction boxes etc, cutting out the burnt out ends, making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs/ insulation tapes etc and reconnecting using new nuts/ bolts/ washer etc and restoring three phase and neutral in the junction box complete all as directed for the cable size from 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm 3.5 core of LT underground armoured cables. Note :- Earth work required for extending the incoming/ outgoing cable in junction box/ panel board etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Removing HT cable, 11 KV, XLPE 185 Sqmm 3 core with aluminium conductor, shifting to other location (near 2 KM distance) and relaying same cable in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/ paths/drains/ducts/ floors /along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. all as directed.

Note No 1 : The unit rate is deemed to be included for :-

(a) Excavation for taking down existing cable, relaying cable in other location and shifting of cable as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Disposal and return filling

Note No 2 : Sand cushioning and PCC cover shall be measured and paid separatley under relevant item.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled, Floor mounted, free standing, type tested LT Feeder Pillar Panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation, to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The Enclosures made of Polycarbonate, should be weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, Fire retardant and Self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960° in accordance with 60695-2-11. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529 & IEC60439-1, should have Dielectric Properties, RoHS compliant & Halogen free. The manufacturer of boards/panel shall submit a copy of type test reports as per above-mentioned norms from UL/ERDA/CPRI/NABL labs in India. The panels should be modular and compartmentalized in construction with opaque and transparent doors, properly tightened to base with thermoplastic screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber to withstand adverse weather effects. The depth of modular enclosures should be above 200mm for air circulation & to minimize temp rise. Panel should be fitted with 01 No polycarbonate IP 65, 9W LED translucent bulk head luminaire, color temp not less than 6500K, PF > 0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel should be fitted with 01 No of 16A 3P IP 65 industrial socket and 01 No of 32A 5P IP 65 industrial socket outside. 3 phase and neutral 600 amps current carrying capacity copper bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shinkable sleeves with SMC/ DMC insulators, complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45 cm above ground level, including dismantling and taking out old u/s LT Panel Board and remove from site reconnecting existing LT Cables with new panel board complete all as directed :-

Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of DI/GI or any type of pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 500mm depth but not exc 1mtr depth, wide 800mm including making existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm aggregate thickness of concrete is 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unite rate is deemed be included for :-

(i) Earth work excavation in any type of soil/ PCC/ BT road

(ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing excavated material to out side MD land

(iv) Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down any description. Supply of pipe will be measured and paid separately

(v) 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C1 as in road

Supply only 100 mm bore of pipe high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/ cm2 laid in trenches for cable protection passing under road/ floor or for fixing to poles complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate is included for supply only and cutting existing road , excavation, Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down any description and 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C1 as in road will be measured and paid separately.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium condutor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, taking down existing cable etc all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make : KEI/NICCO/Havells

Cleaning vegetation around the around two/four pole structure & transformer yard , sub stn and generator rooms etc completely root out from soil and clean the surface one mtr around the pole of street lights. Note : Removing of accumulated earth depth upto 15cm cleaning / Cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/ kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste to outside MD land is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor stright through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armored aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm. Make : Reychems, Densons, M-Seal

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included.

Fly ash cable protection cover of size 23x11.5 x7.5cm including taking down existing bricks of any size.

Supply only GI pipe 100 mm bore medium grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as dierced by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata, Jindal, Surya Prakash Note : The unit rate is included for supply only and cutting existing road , excavation, Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down any description and 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in road will be measured and paid separately.

Make : - Raychem, Denson Note :-(i) Locating of HT UG Cable fault and taking out the existing faulty HT cable carefully from the trench after excavation and cutting faulty portion and re- laying the same cable after jointing with out any damage are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted . (ii) Complaints will be given in person or through telephone by AGE/JE E/M round the clock (ie 24 Hrs x 7 days ). (iii) The contractor shall attend the complaint immediately and shall report the Engr-in-Charge/JE E/M after completion with in 6 hrs (iv) Penalty of Rs 2000.00 per Job shall be applicable to the contractor if the complaint is not attended with in half an hrs. Note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. (v) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regards shall be final and binding. (vi) The transportation/ T&P required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost will be paid for the same.

Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x 6mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected with Galvanised Earth Strip of size 25x6mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of GI or Steel and connected Earthing Testing Point/Bus-bar including GI 40mm bore (dia) light grade Protection Pipe, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt, Magneisum Sulphate (1 : 1 : 0.5) in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of size 350x350x50 mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) medium grade including necessary Excavation in any type of soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil disposal to out side MD land and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on Completion including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed.

Note :- (a) All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing.

(b) After completion of work earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned.

(c) Earth resistance tester shall be provided by the contractor. It should be caliberated from authorised company/ lab.

(d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.
