SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (BOUNDARY WALL) :- Excavation work in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work in plinth and columns, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work in lintel bend, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge..

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for plinth beams as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Supply, cutting to proper length and fixing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) mix.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

M/L for two coat acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work incl removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

Two or more coats painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II, (Steel Gate) : Excavation work in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Filling excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, ramming etc and lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

M/L for two coat acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work incl removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Two or more coats painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new surface.

SCHEDULE ‘B’ PART - I (Special repair to Water Supply Scheme) : -Supply and laying pipe Ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,150 mm (6”) dia including cost of excavation etc and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing Gun Metal Non- Return Valve of approved quality (screwed end) 150 mm nominal bore, Vertical type and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation, testing etc complete Pumping sets, Centrifugal, electric driven up to 30 WHP inclusive of starter and PCC foundation as specified and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing 150 mm diameter (Class -II) C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces,tapers etc if required will be paid separately).
