Outsourcing of services round the clock (consisting of 03 shifts, i.e, 1st shift 0600 to 1400 Hours, 2nd shift 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours and 3rd shift from 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours) including Sundays and Holidays for operation of Diesel driven generating set 62.5 KVA capacity at arrester barrier 08 End of runway including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, Ammeter, panel board any other connected accessories / equipments by one FGM per shift for 03 shifts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.1 herein before but for operation of Diesel driven generating set 160 KVA capacity at Star 2000 consisting of 02 (two) shifts, (i.e. 2nd and 3rd shifts only from 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including Sundays and Holidays . Notes for Item Nos 1 & 2:- (a) 24 Hour period shall be considered as a day, DG set shall be operated as and when needed and as directed and the same shall be operated in shifts of 08 hours each as directed. Contractor shall employ one FGM per shift. (b) Daily maintenance, all as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Consumption of DHPP shall be regulated by the Department. DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued under Sch 'B' for filling 0nly. Contractor has to make his own arrangements to collect the DHPP from SH Simulator diesel sump with good quality of empty vessel (barrel) shall be arranged by the Contractor. (d) Log sheet for recording daily running hours and consumption of DHPP shall be maintained by the contractor in the installation and same shall be checked by the Engineer-in-Charge periodically and daily by JE. (e) General cleanliness/removing of vegetation of respective installation surrounding area to be done regularly and the cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate for these items.

All as per item No.1 herein before but for operation of Two DG Sets of 125 KVA and 320 KVA at old power house and Package type AC Plant of Capacity 3 x 10 TR at Photo section all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 herein before but for one shift i.e (09:00 am to 17:00 pm) for operation of One DG Set of 160KVA and central type AC Plant of Capacity 3 x 15 TR at BSF KA-28 (two plants to be run at a time and one shall be kept as stand by) all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 herein before but for one shift i.e (09:00 am to 17:00 pm) for operation of One DG Set of 250KVA and central type AC Plant of Capacity 3 x 30 TR (two plants to be run at a time and one shall be kept as stand by) at Old BMF Area all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item Nos 3, 4 & 5:- (a) All notes as per item Nos.1 and 2 here in before as applicable and including the following :- (b) Cleaning of the cooling tower coil, AHU complete, cleaning of all parts with brush, washing powder and refixing all parts after cleaning. The cleaning shall be carried out twice in whole contract period as directed. The cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these item. (c) AC plant and DG set shall be operated by the same operator per shift as required and as directed.

Outsourcing of services round the clock (consisting of 03 shifts) including Sundays and Holidays and operation of Package type Air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 5 TR (Two plants to be run at a time and one shall be kept as stand by) at Durby Missile Bay and Package type Air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 5 TR (Two plants to be run at a time and one shall be kept as stand by) at EW Workshop including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc Air handling unit, cooling tower, condenser or water pump, valve system, controlling condenser, refrigerant line, adjusting valve, refrigerant valve, bypass valve, daily checking leakage, checking noise, controlling temperature of plant, cleaning etc by one Ref mech per shift for 03 shifts all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) All notes as per item Nos.1 and 2 here in before as applicable and including the following :- (b) Cleaning of the cooling tower coil, AHU complete, cleaning of all parts with brush, washing powder and refixing all parts after cleaning. The cleaning shall be carried out twice in whole contract period as directed. The cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these item.

Outsourcing of services for receiving & attending the electric faults round the clock i.e 24 Hours (consisting of 03 Shifts) including Sundays and Holidays for maintain and re-store of electric supply at installations of Wardroom, simulator area at INS Hansa including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units & all other associated works by one skilled electrician per shift for 03 shifts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 7 here in before, but for one shift (09:00 am to 17:00pm) at Hansa Vihar including electric operations of GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units & all other connected items. Notes for Item Nos 7 & 8:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included the day to day receiving & attending/rectifying the break down at Wardroom, simulator area at INS Hansa and Hansa Vihar. Operator should have through knowledge of the electric supply system. (b) All electric safety precautions shall be followed strictly as per Indian standards and GSEB. (c) During any critical & emergent electric operations requirement for above said areas operator to assist the DEL staff employed by the department as directed.
