Repairs to 100 KVA electric transformer installed at LIS Jandi.

Disconnecting the 100 KVA electric transformer installed at LIS Jandi from the input and output connections from HT and LT sideloading the electric transformer using manual labour & crane /chain pulley block in a vehicle and then shifting it to workshop for repairs. Dismantling of the 100 KVA transformer, at workshop by way of extracting out the sludged transformer oil, damaged HT coils & LT coils, LT bushes-04 nos., HT bushes-03 nos., damaged insulators, rubber gasket, nuts and bolts. Rewinding of 3 nos. HT legs & reconditioning of 3 nos. LT legs with specified wire gauge which includes proper tapping and insulation. Providing and fitting of LT and HT bush rod sets, new insulator, rubber gasket, new nuts and bolts and other necessary items.Lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer ,and then fitting of top channels, and support arms Providing/filling with 65 litres T-oil for topping up of transformer and reconditioning of the old transformer oil. Refitting of the top cover, Testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections. Shifting the repaired electric transformer back to site i.e. LIS Jandi, unloading and installing at transformer hoisting channel with the help of crane and skilled manual labour, connecting of HT and LT supply, testing of the 100 KVA Transformer on part load and full load at site. The job includes the cost of material with rebate on old material, labour charges, sundry items loading & unloading, to & fro carriage, testing and installation and hire charges of the crane used during the execution of job. Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/alterations of the job felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
