Material and labour for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. The Quoted rate is included for all materials/T&P/Machinery used in this item, no material can paid/measured separately.3. Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations / filling around the post, Poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incomming/outgoing controls including cleaning, greasing the hinges, locking arrangement, checking the seviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the wornout fastners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gakets etc all as directed Note:- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

Taking down MCCB by disconnecting all connections very carefully of any size and capacity and complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts 400 Amps 50 Hz Thermal magnetic adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 250 Amps 50 Hz Thermal magnetic adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 125 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down/disconnecting the existing Star Delta starter of Centrifugal / submersible pump from motor control panels of various pump houses and replace with new Star delta starter of capacity 10 HP to 25 HP, three phase, including making electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 3 phase 415 Volts, submersible pump controller MU-G6 (5 HP - 7.5 HP DOL) or 3 seat enclosure with over load, short circuit, under current, unbalance, phase reversal, phase loss,locked rotar, eath fault, stall ,CB failure with fault record with date and time, having feature of fail safe operation, and over load characterstic rating 14 Amps, relay range 9 to 14 Amps, including connecting up of incoming and outgoing connections and testing commissioning, including removing the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting (two coat of synthetic enamel paint) on centrifugal pump & motor of any capacity rating 10-200 HP, scratching the rusted and suction/delivery pipe line including NRV and sluice valve, MS Base chanel complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of earth pit not less than 0.90x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5 mtr long (Min) by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I filling with charcoal dust , and common salt , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipeof size 15 mm dia,funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm (Min) top of GI Plate.

S&F GI earth strip (32x6) mm strip with and including necessary clamps, nut bolts laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed.
