Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and precast concrete articles including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 with solid blocks by using 20mm graded aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D 2, using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in sub base of floor,path, pavings etc surface finished rough to receive topping layer

M&L for colored Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with cement and pigment as in floors, path, pavings etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) as specified and directed.

M& L for Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for Drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match with Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and Applying two coats of cement base paint paint over a coat of primer (priming the plastered and other surface with alkali resistant priming paint all as specifieed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : An amount of Rs 5,725.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
