Replacement of unserviceable legs with 25mm MS square pipe 1.6mm thick required size as per drg duly painted with synthetic enamelled olive green over a coat of red oxide primer matching to the existing colour. The welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workman ship/drg complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable top frames long rail with 25mm MS square pipe 1.6mm thick required size as per drg duly painted with synthetic enamelled olive green over a coat of red oxide primer matching to the existing colour. The welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workman ship/drg complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable table top with 19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior-I, type-II to ISI specification as approved of size 1900 x 685mm, including provision of 4mm thick teak wood edging all around to the table top. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Hard rubber toes of superior quality as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for spot welding of broken joints 25mm to 75mm of Table Dining OR's including preparation of surface and applying two coat of Olive Green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing worn out painting from inside & outside including preparation of surface frame complete of the following steel furniture and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah

Removal of unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah scraping existing paint from frame with sand paper and M & L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white colour and M & L for recanning with white or cream ivory plastic cane 4mm wide, including replacing of hard rubber toes etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L FOR REPLACEMENT OF FOLLOWING PARTS OF TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255/Similar Pattern)

Replacement of legs to Teapoy Verandah and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Replacement of unserviceable top with 19mm thick prelaminated particle Bd exterior Grade I, type-II confirming to ISI specifications incl 6mm thick teak wood beading around the table to be provided.

M & L for spot welding of broken joints 25mm to 25mm of Teapoy Verandah including preparation of surface and applying two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning all the steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth amery as reqd and apply paint white synthetic enamelled to all metal surfaces, over a coat of red oxide primer & providing 4 Nos hard rubber shoes as required as approved.

M&L FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS OF ALMIRAH SMALL/MED STEEL (FD-343, FD-67, FD-115 & FD-1032/Similar Pattern)

Replacement of unserviceable locking device 1st quality brass 6 lever locks iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to Almirah Med steel as approved. The fixing shall be done in accordance with drg and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable handle of Almirah Med steel Chromium plated 150 mm long Godrej pattern best quality as approved. The fixing shall be done in accordance with drg and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs legs of Almirah Med Steel with shelves and providing new by welding made out of 18 gauge MS sheet into required shape for steel almirah, rest all as shown on drg and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S &F in repairs shelves for Almirah Medium Steel with shelves with MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
