Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 75 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area as mentioned below all as specified and directed. (a) 3.5 Core 185 qmm

(b) 3.5 Core 120 Sqmm

(c) 3.5 Core 95 Sqmm

(d) 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm

(e) 3.5 Core 25 Sqmm

(f) 4.0 Core 16 Sqmm

(g) 4 core 10 sqmm Note for item No 6.00 to 6.06 above :- 1. Cost of Lugs and glands is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for laying of cable. The same shall be used properly whereever required while connecting cables to the panel board. 2. Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Dismantling ACSR condutor of any size complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- U/s ACSR conductor shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

Supply & lay 50mm bore GI pipe 'light grade' with and including necessary fittings all as specified and directed .

Supply & lay 80mm bore GI pipe 'light grade' with and including necessary fittings all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cutting of bituminious raod/ floor for laying of pipe/ cables not exceeding 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm deep including refilling/ with same material and, watering well ramming/ compacting and making good with PCC 1;2;4, type B-1, 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix non metallic PVC Rigid conduit of size 20 mm external dia fixed on pole duly clamped with MS clamps in each 1 mtr gap incl nuts, bolts & washers and all other accessories such as tees, bends, mouth tube ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of 3 core of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for connection of street light with existing point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of existing PCC and M &L for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in platform mass concrete, coping to pole for embedding stay rods including necessary form work and applying two coats of cement based paint on coping, platform, etc, whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix outdoor type FRP junction box of size 230x170x105mm light weight suitable for pole mounting top hinged type inclduing MCB SP 6 Amps single pole, flat iron clamp duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and GI nut, bolts, washers and necessary connector for loop in loop out cable connection and suitable size glands, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old unserviceable LT Panel Board and Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission outdoor type dust & Vermin proof LT electrical panel board, 1100 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, fully compartmentalised for cable chamber and busbar chambers with adequate space made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powder coating for like all surfaces in and out and internal chambers made out of 2 mm thick sheet including double side opening hindged doors with gasket and suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports bottom 50x50x6 mm MS channel as base and chamber for metering equipment complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated and connection wirings with FRLS copper conductor complete mounted on PCC pillars foundation, cable connection using new lugs complete with danger notice all as specified and comprising of the followings:- Note: (i) Existing cables which removed from old panel board will be fixed with new lugs during fixing in new panel board (if required) (ii) Getting of approval for Panel board drawing from Engr-in-Charge and accepting officer is necessary before fabrication. (iii) All swith gears should be fixed with 06 mm thick Fibre sheet. (iv) All MCCBs fixed with extended rotary handles ROM complusory. (v) Adequate space and independent compartment given to MCCBs & switch gears as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Adequate space given to Each MCBs for easy cable connection and working. (vii) Danger notice plates fixed front and back side of the panel baord. a) LED/Neon indicator bulb in RYB Colour - 1 Set.

b) 4 No aluminium Bus bar 100 amps

d) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Thermal Magnetic O/L & S/C protection, 63A with breaking capacity 36 KA - 01 Nos

S&f in replacement of 32mm dia light grade GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long bend to shape including clamps as per site requirement made out of 50x6 mm flat iran with suitable size nuts bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old brackets shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable HPSV/CFL/LED lamp fitting of any wattage on existing pole with LED light fitting 70 watts IP-66 with necessary fixing arrangement etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Old U/s light fittings shall be contractor property as per schedule of credit.

S&F in repairs sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 4 way double door suitable for 415 V with 200 amps rated bus bar fixed on walls including cutting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old U/s MCB DBs TPN shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

S&F in repairs MCB TPN 20A 415V 'C' curve with 10kA breaking capacity all as specified and directed. Note :- Old U/s MCBs of any type shall be contractor property as per schedule of credit.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 10A 240V 'C' curve with 10kA breaking capacity all as specified and directed. Note : - Old U/s MCBs of any type shall be contractor property as per schedule of credit.

M & L submain wiring along with earth wire with 6.00 sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required with and including PVC conduit/flexible PVC conduit with all accessories including taking down old unservicable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Cost of connection with energy meter and removing and refixing of energy meter (if required) shall be deemed to be all included in the quoted rate. (b) Old u/s submain wiring shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any strata removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm spacing both ways with 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 M shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
