NOTES :- 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date. 2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay. 3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station. 4. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items. 5. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account. 6. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. 7. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account.

Taking down copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, light fittings etc removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, including paint tuch up to match with the existing surface as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any description, sealing cable ends, dismantling blades, cleaning all dust, applying grease, filling cavaties with fillet, including reassembling blades and hanging ceiling fan after getting repaired and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 37 here-in-before but exhaust fans of any sweep.

M&L for removing the defective fan winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, applying insulation varnish, pre heating and binding with empire tubes, crimple sheet etc. as required for rewinding, complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Ceiling fan of size upto 1400 mm sweep.

Wall mounted/ Pedestal fan of size upto 450 mm sweep.

Exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm Sweep.

Exhaust fan of size 350 to 450mm Sweep.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable PCB and supply and fix PCB suitable for BLDC Fan of 1200mm sweep of any make or model, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for remove unserviceable bearing and supply and fix bearing suitable for fan of 1200mm sweep of any make or model, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable louvers and supply and fix new louvers suitable for exhaust fans of size upto 450 mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the electric Geyser of capacity 25 ltrs/ 50 ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconnecting inlet and outlet water pipes, electrical connections,taking out the inner leaking copper tank, brazing the leaking portion of copper tank, testing for leaks, re-assembling the geyser including provision of additional glasswool as required, refixing in position, testing and reconnecting the inlet/ outlet water pipes and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing the Analog / Addressable type multi sensor fire alarm system by removing the faulty detectors, cleaning all the detector, ensuring the power supply and battery back up to the panel, minor repair to the power cord and cable, clearing all the faults, detected by the system and bring it to normal mode complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note. Replacement of detectors and battery will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down UNSV battery from the Fire Alarm control Panel and Supply and fixing new Battery of 12 Volt DC lead acid battery 7 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Servicing of solar geyser panel using mild cleaning agent, removing and replacing of rusted nuts and bolts with GI nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of copper tube with dia 8 to 10mm from inlet/ outlet of Solar Panel by cutting the worn out portion and replace with new copper tube of suitable dia upto 3mtr by welding/ turning/ fusing and matching with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of geysor element, 3.0 KW, SP, suitable for Solar water heater backup including taking down the old element, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of geysor element, 2.0 KW, SP, suitable for Solar water heater backup. including taking down the old element, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrical, water supply connections of Solar geyser, repairs to leaking Solar geyser inner tank by removing glass wool, cutting/disconnecting the rusted inlet and outlet nipples, supply and connect new nipples of size as existing by brazing/ welding, leak testing, refilling the glass wool including additional glasswool as required, fixing in position, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.
