Removal of existing roof treatment incl under layers of cement screed any thickness incl tiles and taking down debris from roof to ground by mechanical means to avoid any damage to structure and surrounding and dispose off the debris out of MoD land at a distance of exc 5 km and n.exc 10 km where directed.

(a) M&L to clean the surface, remove dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and providing 20 mm thick cement screed (1:4) mixed with Dr Fixit (or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE) tonic liquid 200 gram/Bag over Dr Fixit (or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE). (b) Applying primer coat with solvent based Bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm (c ) Dr Fixit (or equivalent from approved list of makes of CEWC and as approved by GE) torch shield water proofing 3mm thick membrane use gas burner to heat substrate, press firmly from lower end to upper end with 100 mm overlap (d) Heat both overlap with round tipped trowel to seal overlap, excess compound smoothened, pressed into seam using hot trowel (e) Seal edges well into grooves & protect with a poly-sulphide sealant. (f) M&L for PCC tiles plain size 300X300X19 mm laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 with WPC & pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil. (Note 1 :- WPC as per manufacturer's instruction shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. 2 : Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through approved manufacturer's applicator) 3. :-Uploading of material shall be carried out by mechanical means, use of staircase is strictly prohibited)

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar incl all arches , pillars and quoin etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 with old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prelaminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5 mm thick stuck on inner frame work of 35 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet.
