Notes:- (i) The 100 percent of items should be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order. (ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder soon after the acceptance of tender after approval of GE. (iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Material obtained from demolition/dismantled and the serviceable material (other than reused in the work) shall be the property of the Govt and shall be removed and deposited in the MES Store Yard without any extra cost to Govt. (v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and with the prior approval of Accepting Officer the Group-I category approved makes of HQ CE SWC Jaipur / HQ CE BTZ shall be followed. (vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items above amount of Rs 50,000/- along with RAR’s and Final Bill. (vii) L1 Bidder shall maintain an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and during each stage wise work progress & Album shall be kept at site. On completion of work, same will be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office. (viii) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder.

M&L for cleaning of inner surfaces of RCC over head reservoir approximate storage capacity of OHT, upto 0.50 Lakh gallons (staging upto 21 mtrs) manually by trained and skilled manpower for working in over head reservoir with suitable T&P and equipments with safety measure as required. Draining out the muddy water from the bottom surface of OHT then clean the inside walls, scraping with the help of wire brush, inlcuding removal green algae, dirt etc and drainning out complete unwanted material obtained from cleanning as well as apply disinfictant / bleaching powder, chemical safe for human being on inner surface of the tank including writing the words in capital letters “TANK CAPACITY, DATE OF CLEANING, NEXT DUE DATE” on outerside visible place of overhead tank with synthetic enamel white paint (white) over black background complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Contractor shall be solely responsible for insurance of his workers as working at height and arrangement for approching in the tank and safety measures. (ii) Necessary arrengement shall be made by the contractor for smooth supply of water during cleaning or other bypass arrangement as required at site without any extra cost to the department.

Note:- (i) Necessary arrengement shall be made by the contractor for stopping of water coming inside the tank or other bypass arrangement as required at site without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Contractor shall arrange the sufficient manpower and T&P for complete cleaning of the tank within one day only.

M&L for cleaning of Raw water Intake tank of capacity upto 75,000 Gln Each at Old KLP Pump House, Rajcanal Project PH by drain out the muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using engine driven sludge pump and removing the mud any type, soft / loose soil or any residual of alum, scrap etc. manually and depositing out of MD land and cleaning inner surfaces of the tank with the help of wire brushes and uprooting any type of vegitation/ root of tree, plants etc. complete and making good to disturbed surfaces during cleaning and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) on black background on outer surface of the tank and apply one coats of colour cement paint washing on outside surfaces of the tank and white washing on inner surfaces of the tank as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Any damage to the tank during cleaning shall be repaired / rectified by the contractor as per original specification of the tank without extra cost to the department. (ii) Rate includes the cost of complete dewatering and complete removing of silt / loose soil / mud any type.

All as per Srl item No 7 above but Raw water Intake tank of capacity upto 50,000 Gln at KLP Pump House, Birdhwal PH (Approximate size of tank 15mtr x 15mtr, 6 mtr deep)

M&L for cleaning of clariflocculator / clarifier tank of water filteration plant capacity 1,40,000 Gln/Hr by drain out the muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using suitable T&P, engine driven sludge pump and removing the residual of alum, sludge, mud, other materails, any type manually and depositing out of MD land and cleaning inside & bottom surfaces of tank including one coat of cement paint washing on surfaces of wall inside and outside and writing the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint (white) on outer surface of the tank (black background) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for greasing, oiling on moving parts of clariflocculator of water filtration plant 1,40,000 Gln/Hr and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel weather proof paint after preparation of old surface by removing old paint, scraping the rusted surfaces inclduing on plateform, scrapper structure, electrical panel, motor, garbox, trailing of roller etc complete as per existing colour code as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out the residual of alum, muddy water etc from the bottom of the back wash tank / sadimentation tank of water filtration plant and depositing the same out of MD land and making good to the damaged portion of water storage tanks as per original specification of the tank and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Any damage to the tank shall be rectified by the contractor to the original specification of the tank without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Contractor shall made necessary dead plug / plate to the water pipe inside the tank to prevent any water coming inside the tank without any extra cost to the department.

Draining out the muddy water from the Raw Water Reservoir / Intake Tank and removing mud, silt and other material from bottom of the tank and depositing to out of MD land and making good to the damaged portion of raw water storage tanks as per original specification of the tank and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Raj Canal- 01 x 220 LG (b) KLP Pump House- 01 x 110 LG and 01 x 125 LG (c ) ILP Pump House - 02 x 15 LG and 05 x 08 LG Note:- (i) Any damage to the tank shall be rectified by the contractor to the original specification of the tank without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Contractor shall made necessary dead plug / plate to the water pipe inside the tank to prevent any water coming inside the tank without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for cleaning and desilting of raw water RCC channel rectangle shape, max width of channel 1.2 mtr and max depth 1.5 mtr at Rajcanal Pump House, from canal to raw water storage tank, by taking out any type sludge/soil/ any material accumulated at bottom, scrapping / cleaning of bottom and wall including uprooting the roots, vegitation/tree inside and outside upto 2 mtr and removing material to a distance not exc 500 mtr as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 17 above but for RCC channel, max width 0.8 mtr and 1.0 mtr depth at ILP Pump house

Cleaning the surrounding area of raw water storage tank, intake tank, underground sump, overhead tank, area inside the perimeter of pump house building by digging out the roots, any type of desert vegitaiion etc with bushes and cutting of bushes of tree and any other unwanted vegetation, grass completely and removing the same out of MD land as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the tree branches hanging over raw water sumps and water supply complex and depositing the tree branches /leaves at 500m distance away from the site , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note : Any number of tree branches out in one branch will be measured as one length for payment purpose.

Removing old unserviceable nylon net woven from storage water tank and supply and laying nylon net woven out of nylon thread (virgin quality) of 2mm dia and size of mesh of 25 mm of quality as sample kept in GEs office for and approved make, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling joint of 500 mm bore CI/DI pipe by burning old lead, removing old spun yarn /rubber tyton ring and cleaning the spigot and socketed portion of pipe including supply and filling new lead and spun yarn,rubber tyton ring and testing the joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rate includes the necessary earth work and retruning filling as required.
