Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) - (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub-base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete as per Clause 406 of MORT&H Rev-V).

Prime Coat - (Providing and applying Primer Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-I Type) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Rev-V) - Over WMM / WBM.

Tack Coat - Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I Type) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg/sqm on the prepared Bituminous / Granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MORT&H Rev-V - Over Wet Mix surfaces treated with Primer.

Tack Coat - Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I Type) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg/sqm on the prepared Bituminous cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MORT&H Rev-V

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Table - 500-10) - (Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 30) at percentage specified by JMF by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic Paver Finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 505 MORT&H Rev-V) - Grading II.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category B raised pavement markers made out of polycarbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be lesss than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope of retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular and two cylindrical Polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage
