O and M OF GRP PIPE LINE and CHAMBERS AT INDUSTRIIAL AREA BHIWADI.

O & M of GRP pipe line from Parashvanath mall & Shyam Vatika upto CETP. A.Labour charges on monthly basis for operation & maintenance of GRP pipe line with the help of help/sewer suction machine as mentioned below: 1. Deploying skilled labour for clening of chocked GRP pipe line in the both lengths. 2. The contractor shall equip his labour with all safety equipments for cleaning of pipe line & chamber. 3. The consumables for cleaning of pipe line if required shall be born by the contractor. 4. The contractor shall do vigilance over the whole pipe line regularly & will check the covers of the chambers to avoid any accidents. If any cover is stolen, the same shall be replaced by the contractor on same day. The cover shall be supplied by the corporation 5 The work will be carried out as per directions & to the best of Satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. 6 If work not found satisfactory it can be terminated after issuing notice. 7 The material required for the work such as Kassi, Phawara & other will be arranged by Contractor at his own cost. B. O & M of GRP line chamber at Shyam Vatika (Near RHB Colony) Labour charges on monthly basis for operation & maintenance of GRP pipe line chamber near Shyam Vatika. The work consists of following- 1. Deploying skilled labour round the clock at the chamber to maintain the continuous flow in the chamber. 2. The drain on the downstream & upstream upto 20.0 Mtr on both sides shall be cleaned by the contractor. 3. The regular cleaning of all the mesh installed at the drains so that no foreign material enters in the chamber. 4. The regular cleaning of mesh installed at the pipe of chamber. 5. The removal of silt if any from the chamber on regular intervals. The silt removed from the chamber shall be disposed at site as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 6. The controlling of gate installed at the chamber as & when required in rainy season or overflow in the main drain. 7 The work will be carried out as per directions & to the best of Satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. 8 If work not found satisfactory it can be terminated after issuing notice. 9 The material required for the work such as Kassi, Phawara & other will be arranged by Contractor at his own cost. C. Maintenance of GRP Pipe Line. 1.The patrolling of pipelines has to be done on regular basis. 2.The complete watch and ward of pipe line is responsibility of contractor. 3.The leakages in the GRP pipe lines has to be removed by contractor. The material and labour consumed in the removal of leakages will be borne by the contractor. 4. The contractor has to keep material like GRP pipe line, clamps etc in advance for the removal of leakages. 5. The work of removal of leakages includes the dewatering of efflent,making band,transportation of material etc.
