NS-1 Repair to rolling shutters by oiling, greasing, Sqm rivetting of plates if found broken and re-fixing of channels etc. without any replacement of materials. If any replacement is made, that will be paid extra under relevant items.

NS-2 Removing & Treatment of unwanted Each plants/trees from structural surfaces at all heights upto 10 mtrs from NGL by removing plants, opening the structural surface to remove plantroots & thn injecting Roundup treatment and repairing the structural surface to its original appeal with brickwork, concrete & plastering etc. as a complete job with necessary scaffolding

NS-3 Providing and fixing of Hindware, Cera or Each similar make (Wall mount instalation type) HAND SHOWER (Health Faucet) (ABS Body) with 1.2 mtr long Brass Flexible tube and wall hook includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-4 Supply of national flag of size 20Ft x30Ft in Each knitted polyester, with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3sides. There is no warranty on Indian National flag

NS-5 Replacing of top layer 150 mm thick filter Each media after removing existing coarse sand & silt Job from rain harvesting pit, (Average thickness 200mm) deposing out side pit in stack than shifting the same at nominated place up to lead 50mtr, Cleaning jungle, wild grouth etc. 3mtr arround harvesting pit and refilling the top layer with 150mm thick fresh coarse sand dressing the surface in level to the satisfaction of site engineer including all labour and material lead lift all taxes as a complete job.

NS-6 Supplying of Ordinary Portland Cement Tonne (OPC/PPC) 43-grade inclusive of all Taxes and incidential charges etc. as a complete job to the satisfaction of site engineer..

NS-13 Hiring of JCB/Hitachi for levelling and Hour dressing ground/dismantling structures,Removal of jungle, clearing of earth, lowering high cess etc., along side the track between up and down lines obstructing drainages of rain water, clearing of bushes obstructing visibility at curves and Level Crossings with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .All labour, tools and plants consumables s t o r e s including supply of JCB/Hitachi with crew to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

NS-14 Providing and fixing of PVC Handle for Low Each Level cistern of make Tip Top or Equivalent, includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-15 Providing and fixing of PVC Syphon for Low Each Level cistern of make Tip Top or Equivelent, includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-16 Providing and fixing of PVC Float Valve 15 Each mm dia for Low Level cistern of make Tip Top or Equivelent, includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-17 Providing of PTMT Jet spray with 1.0metre Each t u b e make prayag or equivelent in WC Pan (Eurpion Type) including all fitting , all taxes, transportation, including all labour & material as a complete job.

NS-18 supplying of Hydraulic door closer tubular Each type Aluminium section body inclusive of all Taxes and incidential charges etc. as a complete job to the satisfaction of site engineer.

NS-19 Non-schedule Rate for Providing and fixing Sqm PVC wall panelling / wall cladding on the wall to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. This includes all necessary fittings and fixtures, labour and materials, tools and plants (T&P) all types of taxes etc. as a complete job.

NS-20 Providing and Laying of high density fibre Sqm (HDF) laminate wooden flooring of tile size 1220 x 194 x 8 mm of make Cross bond, Elegant, Green panel, Action tesa etc. having floating installation with interlocking click system over form cushion 2 mm with all fitting & fixtures. This includes all labour, material, Freight, Taxes etc as a complete job to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid there off. PLW HQ-ENGINEERING/PLW

NS-21 Supply of floor mounted, gravity type, single Each piece European chinaware water closet with integrated cistern, complete with matching seat cover, dual flush mechanism, and all necessary fittings and accessories, of approved make such as CERA, Hind ware, Parry ware, or equivalent, conforming to relevant IS standards, ensuring durability, smooth operation, efficient water usage, and ease of maintenance, and shall be executed as a complete job to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
