Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm and Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @0.40 Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. (iii) 40 mm bore GI pipe for spout pipe length 0.75m required as per slope of roof & as directed.

Lime concrete with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in lime mortar 1:2 as filling in sunken floor in any situation including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid as in floor even and fair, without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa Pattern' of size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with P' or 'S' trap complete including jointing and making good to floor as per existing and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white colour, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-sypohonage pipe etc., with plastic water closet seat cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Anti corrosive coating with SIKA Rustoff friazinc on the exposed reinforcement proper mix applied @ 0.25 Ltr/ Sqm or equivalent in FOSROC /BASF as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed. .(Make- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.)

Galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reionforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns parapet walls, waste slab etc including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

One coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surfaces @ 0.30Kg/Sqm including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and applying 25mm thick (average thickness) of cement ,sand & aggregate (1:1.5:3) in ratio not less than 6mm size mixed with chloride free concrete plasticiser as per manufacturer's instruction with guniting applying manual and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fairmate chemicals or equivalent make of SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

15mm thick external plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on external wall surface finished even & fair without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick ceiling plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on uneven faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling soffits of chajjas/ drop & roof projectiom facia etc , including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resitant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in 25 mm thick levelling coarse in flooring finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm thick in cement and mortar (1:6) bedding set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and including dismantling of existing tiling with cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed

Taking down & refixing in the same opening after resecuring or easing & adjusting of shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but nexc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
