Supply and fixing ceiling fan five star 1200 mm sweep complete with out fan regulator 230 Volt s (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC inulsated & overall sheathed of size 0.50 Sqmm of required length from ceiling rose or connected to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ventailating fan of size 250 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 Volts single phase AC supply with louvers complete with , bolt and nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC insulated & overall sheathed of size 0.50 sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

S&F integral LED Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure inc all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Wiring for aviation light will be measued and paid in int Electrification schedule.

FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE DETECTION CUM ALARM SYSTEM

Supply and laying PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded Copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm 2 core 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing fire extinguisher Dry chemical powder (ABC) type-6 Kg capacity (IS15683) in each floor conforming to IS with ISI certitifcation mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing fire extinguisher Water CO2 fire extinguishers, 4.5 kg capacity in each floor conforming to IS with ISI certitifcation mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sign board for ' Fire Exit ' fixed on stair case on each floor made of acrlic /stainless steel in rectangular shape of size 20" height x 14" width, thickness of plate shall be min 2 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sign board in case of Fire 'Use Stair case, Do Not Use Lift' on each floor made of acrylic /stainless steel in rectangular shape of size 20" height x 14" width, thickness of plate shall be min 2 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation ,commissioning of syncro view local indicating, Remoto indicating Repeater panel with microprocessor system of ten zones complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,Fabricating and fixing single leaf door with frame only for all internal fire hydrants fabricated from MS sections, welded construction, having glazed panels with reinforced glass, integral locking arrangement, stove enamelled fire red finish with "FIRE HOSE" written on front, suitable to housing two nos. 15m lengths of canvas hose with couplings, 1 no branch pipe and 1 no. first aid fire hose reel along with the landing valve complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of UL listed Fire alarm control panel having microprocessor based one loop card 200 device / loop cards) intelligent addressable fire alarm system. The panel have six inch long LCD display touch scren and LED's for displaying system status. in addition to the digital screen, the users can view a graphics map which can show a simple building floor plan . the panel shall provide the users with 40 programmable macro or function buttons, which can be programmed for a variety of usages like controlling manual call points and hooters. The panel shall have 240 V AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 V SMF batteries at 5 minutes in alarm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Road Studd DA 971 Model, ABS Engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflector on both sides, size 110 X 128 X 29.5 mm weight 248 gms approx fixed with eppoxy on road, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Delineator road of size 47 X 600 mm, dual directional Retro reflective round delineator made of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47mm and duly powder coated and have three reflective band of colour white, red and yellow, protected with welded wire mesh cage, fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4, foundation size 25 CM X 25 CM deep and cleaining site complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made Rectro reflective road sign boards comprising of plates of size 1500 x 900 mm fixed , one above the another made of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet duly framed in stainless sheet and 40mm bore pipe. The plates fixed with aluminium rivets and written on both side indicating the directions, alphabets, arrow, lines, diagrams etc on each sides with computrised cut letters and signs (reflective) as directed of approiate size and white in colour and dennison HIP base green. The boards (Plates) dully fitted with stainless steel 40 mm bore top height of boards with legs from ground level minmum 2.50m each including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 block of size 30 Cm x 30cm x 60 cm including earthwork excavation and taking out old sign board any type all as per sample kept in GE office and as specified and directed.(pegged sign board fully reflective). M&L for preparing of new /old black top road surfaces and applying one coats of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 Degree Celcious . Paint material shall be conforming to MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification, 803.4, Vol-III as laid down in the “Specification for road and bright work” third revision complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING

Taking down of bib taps/Pillars tap of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old perished Meter Board & DBs,MCBs any type by necessary cutting, chasses including disconnection of incoming and out going cable etc compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Tube Light fitting single / double rod any type and wattage or CFL fitting of any type and bulk head fitting of any type or wattage compete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable service connection / cable of any size from pole/main switch board complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully earthing set complete of any type including earthing wire/strip complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing LT OH Line ACSR conductor or any types & size fixed on LT poles in the area of new proposed construction bldg & deposit to MES Store, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing LT 9mtr long PCC pole from area of new proposed construction bldg and removing all old clamps, nuts & bolts i.e iron articles from from the pole and to stag them as directed and deposit to MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

AREA DRAINAGE

S&F 80mm thick drain/manhole cover factory made SFRC (Steel Fibre reinforced concrete) medium duty of any size as reqd including 2mm thick and 80mm wide flat iron around of cover complete all as specified and directed.
