Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:28

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. TNDSS No:97

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm Ø spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. TNDSS No:30&36 (for plain surface)

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:30

Supplying and fixing of trusses using necessary square and rectangle pipe sections each according design approved by the departmental officers including cutting, welding, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of roofing with galvaline Sheet 0.60 mm thick of approved quality by drilling hole (and not by punching) with necessary J/U bold and nut of 8 mm Ø of suitable length providing one set of bitumen washer at 25 mm Ø and 1.60 mm thick for each bold and nut including protruding portion of bold and nut shall be covered with bitumen compound etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge. TNBP NO.49.

Collection, filling with conveyed gravel in layer of not more than 15 cm thick an average lead of 5km, including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of sand at site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification. TNDSS No:301&305

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Solid Blocks of following size confirming to S.S. 2145-1965 (including jam blocks closers etc) made in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix in cement mortar 1:5 and partition wall including curing neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc (Approved by SE(CW) in Lr.No, 15056/95/DB/S1/Dated 23.08.95)

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.
