M&L for cleaning and degermination inside of RCC/PVC water storage tanks capacity not exceeding 500 Ltrs of any description and any position compring following seven stage cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/lnchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G65/lnoxi-60/NB69 and ultra violet rays complete all as directed. (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering systems or any other suitable method approved by Engr -in- Charge (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/lnchlor-5/NB-10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks (c ) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL (d) Fourth stage first bicteria screening and sterilization by using Terbac G5.NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound , test certificate of TERBAC G5/lnchlor-5/NB -10, from government laboratory mentioning suitable for sterilization (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tanks by heavy duty industrial vaccume cleaner (f) Sixth stage is second bacteria screening and sterilizating method by using ultra violet rays ejector covering 360 degree with in th etank and kill all suspended bacteria (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to be steriliz the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TERBAC G 65/lnoxi-60/NB-69 Note:- (i) Test certificate of TERBAC G65/lnoxi-60/NB-69 from Government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to aviod entering scale and the same shall be re-connected after ceaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision (iii) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning of the tank. i.e. No water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve /blokage of of outlet lines due to silt and rectification cost will be deemed to be included in quoted rate Note : The work shall be carried through specilized agency Rays Cleantech (Mob-727879029) or other agency as approved by GE.
