Development and deployment of internet based AR solution as per attached detailed technical specifications (Annexure-T1) at 6 CoX locations of IOCL (WRPL Rajkot, SERPL Paradip, NRPL Panipat, SRPL Asanur, ERPL Haldia, PKVK Rewari) The cost shall be comprehensive in nature including licensing charges for software , creation charges , manpower , services, transporation, installation of items, all tools and tackles required whatsover so as to complete the work in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-charge/Site-engineer in line with detailed technical specifications in Annexure T-1. (5 AR modules shall be developed by each 6 locations)

Deployment (without development) of internet based AR solution as per attached detailed technical specifications (Annexure-II) at 4 Regional HQ locations of IOCL (SERPL Bhubneshwar, SRPL Chennai, ERPL Kolkata, PLHO) The cost shall be comprehensive in nature including licensing charges for software, manpower, services, transporation , installation of items, all tools and tackles required whatsover so as to complete the work in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-charge/Site-engineer in line with detailed technical specifications in Annexure T-1. (CoX and Regional HQ at Rajkot and Panipat are at same location)

Integrating already developed 15 AR Modules at SRPL Asanur with AR solution developed in Schneider platform The cost shall be comprehensive in nature including licensing charges for software, mapping of data, integration charges , manpower , services, transporation , installation of items, all tools and tackles required whatsover so as to complete the work in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-charge/Site-engineer in line with detailed technical specifications.

Central Management at PLHO Noida- Development of a management interface/Dashboard to view the status of AR applications in various regions. The Dashboard shall show data related to the AR applications, including logs, performance metrics, number of times each AR module is watched and status reports from regional locations. The Dashboard shall be web supported secured with a login/password provided by vendor.

Training- An onsite training has to be provided at each location (10 number in total) after completion of the project to familiarize L&D Coordinators and field persons with usage, maintenance and precautions of AR Modules. The training shall be of half a day.

Supply of Virtual Headsets along with all accessories for interactive and immersive experience of the developed 3D models as per specifications defined in Annexure-T2

Desktop simulation: The developed learning modules (13 in total) must also be hosted in web platform for users to view the content/simulation in desktop where the users must be able to interact with the 3D objects through the keyboard and mouse as per specifications defined in Annexure-T1

AMC services shall cover one yearly visit to all the site locations, UPS checking, cleaning of hardware parts of UPS & server, physical health assessment and report preparation of each of the equipment including residual life of UPS batteries and submission of signed report, upkeep of equipment, assessment of wi-fi networking and correction/relocation if required, internet charges, cloud subscription fee, customization/data updation of AR /VR module, remote support to site for smooth running of AR & VR modules pertaining to software parts etc as mentioned in Sr. no. C under GROUP-C: SCOPE OF SERVICES (Annexure-T5).
