Distempring two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over an including a priming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paints after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of Paris or approved synthetics material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Providing Wall Putty two coat / (2 mm thick) on new surface with approved quality material of JK / Birla brand or similar manufacture as per direction of engineer in chage etc. with all cost of material, labour and T&P etc.

Painting two coat over priming coat on steel or wood and other metal surface including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including supply of all material, labour tools & Plant etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint shall be used as Asian or standart IS specification approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm (asian or berger brand ) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade i/c a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drooping and other foregin matters and sand papered smooth i/c supply of all materials, labours, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper complection of the work.

Dismantling Brick work or Cement Concrete in cement work including disposal of materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters.

Dismantling existing old Plaster and Racking of joints of brick work in cement or lime to a depth of 1 cm (3/8") Including disposal of refuse with in distance of 60 M with cost of all labour and T&P etc. complete.

Dismantling Doors and window leaves including stacking material with in 60 meter with cost of all labour and T&P etc. complete.

Dismantling Doors and window chaukhat with hold fast including stacking material with in 60 meter with cost of all labour and T&P etc. complete.

Providing & Laying C.C. 1:1.5:3 with cement,sand and stone grit of size 10 to 20 mm per cum including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement coarse sand and water proofing pigment etc including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.
