Material and Labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing loose paint layers till plaster level by using jet pressure washer and crack filling up to 3mm by using crack seal & up to 10mm by using textured crack filler. Touch-up by using wall putty with silicon additives followed by application of one coat of truecare exterior primer on walls and Chajjas and applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and Dust pickup resistance properties, Material should be applied (Dilution, Recoating period etc) as per manufacturer instructions by using fully automatic air less spray machine having flow speed of minimum 1ltr per minute and pressure of 3300 PSI complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: WPC shall be paid and measured separately.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc including cornices and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander ( having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after applying the putty, to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls, white or tinted using rollers, applying over and including a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing by mechanical means old treated surfaces of walls / soffits and preparation of removed surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including filling of holes if any with putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing fixed with oil putty/beading of any size in each pane as in repair and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over and including filling any holes with putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal by mechanical means to external surfaces of any type/description and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer over and including wall care putty to make surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No 1 and 5 :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memorandum of Understaning" (MOU) as per format given in Annexure 'A' after BOQ on page No 25 & 26 with atleast one of the manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary (f) Spreading and removing covering of doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
