M&L for repair/servicing of EOT Cranes of various capacity bus bar any type any capacity, cleaning with electrolite solution, checking connection, replacment of warn out parts like insulation sleeve, hanger, Anchor clamps, joint cover, end cover, current collector shoe with nut bolts , side support plates all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note :- (i) Rates included labour only and spares will be paid and measured as supply only (ii) The work is to be carried out at the height of above 20 feet. (approx) and contractor should visit the site before quoting the rates. (iii) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while working at site and electric shutdown to be taken before starting the work. (iv) Any damage/loss to the govt property while doing the job will be borne by the contractor. (v) The cost of T&P required for the job is included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of shrouded copper conductors bus bar TPN (4 bar) with PVC sleaves RYBG, DSL 4 bar, hanger clamps, anchor clamps, power feed kit and caps, joining tool with towing arm, end cap complete for 160 Amps Copper conductor busbar system, including taking down old unsv bus any type of conductors and painting to the existing MS angle including two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of current collectors,TPN, 100 Amps suitable for copper busbar specified herein before including all necessary connections all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and repair of the Goliath Crane track of capacity 50 Ton with checking complete, shifting at required position and aligning the joints in proper positions and providing pressure plates with nut bolts , side support plates at required distance all as directed. Note :- (i) Proper testing of track shall be done for 2 days by giving full load on the crane in front of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while execution of the job. (iii) Any damage/loss to the govt property while execution the job will be borne by the contractor. (iv) The cost of T&P such as Jacks, Chain pulley, ropes, ladders etc and welding work involved for the job is included in the quoted rates.

M & L for cutting/fabricating, fixing & welding of angle iron of size as per site requirement for fixing Chequered plates/ making ladders, supports fixing brackets etc including bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including removing old damaged supports, ladders etc of any size of various capacity EOT Cranes all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 0.5 Ton to 5 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in - charge

S&F in replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 10 Ton to 20 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in - charge

S&F in replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 50 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in - charge. Note for item no 09 to 12 :- (i) cable trolley is to be fixed on EOT Cranes of various capacity. (ii) The quoted rate includes the cost of MS clamps,nut bolts,T & P etc and necessary welding work for fixing of cable trolley on EOT cranes of height appx 9 to 10 mtr as per existing. (iii) Contractor should visite the site before quoteing the tender to know the existing type of cable trolleys of differant capacity crane.

S&F in replacement including necessary connections as per exising Heavy duty one way gravity/Counter weight limit switches with 2 contacts and rated voltage upto 500V , 40 Amps with enclosure complete all as directed by Engr-in - charge

M & L for Phase Indication Lamp with indication colour Red, Yellow and Blue for Bus bar for Cranes with best quality LED Lamps including taking out old unserviceable indicators complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate includes the cost of welding work for fixing indicator on the any type bus bars.

M & L for dismantling brake drum of EOT Cranes of various capacity of any type and repacement of new brake drum as per existing including all necessary fabrication work and testing for the drum size 100 mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply , Fixing and testing of Electro Hydraulic thruster of size / capacity 18 Kgs all as existing type with first fill of hydraulic oil including dismantling and removing old unserviceable thruster complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of Crane Gear Box of long travel/cross travel/aux hoist/main hoist of any capacity/type/size and at any height including removal of unserviceable oil seals & providing of new oil seals/Gasket, cleaning of burr on gears, greasing, cleaning bearing and refixing and testing complete all as directed. Note (i) Crane Oil will be measured & paid separately under relevant items (ii) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the various shafts, gears of gear box.

S&F for draining out existing gear oil & filling of new crane gear oil (SAE 90) having suitable thick level for lubricating Gear box complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB, 100Amps, 3P, 25KA, 415Volt, thermal and magnetic release type including connectting as per existing all as specified and as drected at site.

S&F in replacement of suspended type High Bay 150 Watt Highbay Light Fittings of EOT crane at any height, Integral Industrial Power LED High Bay with pressure die - cast aluminium housing complete all accessories including connection with suitable size new cable conection

M&L for dismantling and taking down wire rope, main/auxilary Hook/hoist assy of Crane of capacity upto 5.0 ton for carrying out repair work by dismantling the complete assy and cleaning the complete assy, replacement of unserviceable parts like bearing, locking plate, nuts & bolts, apply grease to wire rope and all moving parts and assembling the same with existing/ new wire rope, testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the Crane hook/hoist. Contractor is responsible for any damage to the govt property during execution of job. (ii) Rates including all necessary T&P, safety equipments for completion of the job. (iii) Any type of addition/alteration , welding work is to included in quoted. (iv) Wire rope if required measured and paid under relevant item as supply only.

Dismantling and taking out old slip ring from the slip ring motor of capacity of EOT Cranes upto 5 HP and taking out carbon bushes from it. Cleaning the complete rotor assembly with CTC solvent and fixing new slip ring with new carbon bushes of existing type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Note :- (i) The work is to be carried out at the height of above 25 feet. (approx) (ii Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while working at site. (iii Any damage/loss to the govt property while doing the job will be borne by the contractor. (iv) Rates including T&P, welding work, required material as required at site for execution of the job.
