Taking Down street light fluorescent tube/HPSV/HPMV/CFL/LED fitting from pole, walls and dismantling for checking of unserviceable tubes, chokes, starter, ignitor, capacitor, bulbs, bulb holder an re-fixing in existing position after repairs for proper functioning :- Note:- (i) Spares required for repair will be measured and paid for separately as supply & fix in replacement. (ii) Necessary T&P including ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for attending / repairing of street lights. (iii) The contractor, his authorized representative shall attend AGE E/M office daily 09.00 hrs/ office working hrs for collection of unserviceable street lights for the area concerned and render completion to this effect to the JE E/M incharge/ Engineer in charge. (iv) In case contractor or his authorised representative fail to attend / repair the street light with in the stipulated time / someday. He has to pay penealty of Rs 500/- per day and shall be recovered from overall quoted amount of contract aggrement.

S&F in replacement cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor multistranded with PVC conduit medium grade fixed to the poles by means of suitable size of clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement angle arm made out of GI pipe light grade 32/40mm dia 1.20 m length bend to shape 120 degree at one place suitable for fixing LED street light fittings fixed to pole/walls with help of MS clamp made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with suitable size of nut and bolts with two nos of washers duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Street light luminaries fittings 60 watt green line a road lighting luminaries with high power LED and unique peanut to ensure uniform light distribution higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system Make-Crompton/Bajaj/ HPL- cat part No HPLLEDSL6060/Havells. Note:- (i) The contractor shall produce minimum two years warrenty against any manufactures defect/ failure of fitting from the authorised representative / OEM of the make as specified and brought at site. (ii) The Lux output shall not be less than 100 lumins per watt. (iii) The PF should be > 0.90 (iv) The LED street light fittings shall be provided with overload / under load protection with range 180 to 380 volts and inbuilt surge protection device. (v) The contractor / manufacture shall provide on site warranty for carrying out necessary repair / replacement of defective street light fittings. (vi) The LED fitting and driver in fitting shall be of same make.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long including excavation & earth work, PCC works with 1:4:8 type D2 of size .6mm x 0.6 x 1.5m for foundation and coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 45 cm dia and 45 cm hight etc and painting to pole with aluminium paint and black bituminous paint as specified in SSR-2009 Part-I including writing numbers and making 30 cm strips with alternative layers black & yllow paint upto 1.5 mtr height above the coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross –sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable, hard/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches with soil, including spreding, leveling, watering & well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed including gently put in trench

S&F for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core 6 sqmm aluminium conductor multistranded complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Timelite distribution boards 40 A 3 pole /230 V Astronomical time switch ,MS sheet metal enclosure factory made, weather proof with locking arrangement and painting with synthetic enamel paint complete and fixed with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm with suitabale size of nut and bolts etc .
