REPAIR/MAINT OF ROAD CARPETING, ROAD FURNITURE AND ROAD MARKING PAINT IN OTM, ADM AREA AND MD ACCN IN AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NARANGI

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exc. 1 Sqm incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30mm complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or Baslat, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradien wtih 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of preparing un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and cleaning complete surfaces by applying mechanical air blower upto entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and apply a prime coat of Catonic Bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at the rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/Sqm on surface of WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined by Mix Design procedure and approved by GE. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹70 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side. (ii) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.

M&L for Bituminious premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver a complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined by Mix Design procedure and approved by GE. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹70 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side. (ii) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.

M&L for preparation of new or previsously treated surfaces to recieve thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Biotuminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repiars metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated), fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm (deep) complete all as directed.
