Excavation in hilly/plain area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mannual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chieselling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibitted) and their intermediate classification of soil,setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting of useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of un useful material for filling in Industrial area, road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful material to required width of the road or on dumping sites as managed by Contractor himself through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing , Grading with grader, Rolling, watering, Compaction, and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or /labour if required. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. The contractor will have to arrange the safe dumping site for dumping of surplus excavated material on his own in all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. all kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:-(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

e) Stair cases (except spiral staircases) excluding landing but prepairing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor levels.

f) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer- in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Providing and Fixing PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) door frames are made from high-quality galvanized iron sheets coated with a layer of paint (weight not less then 3.64 Kg/mtr) as per directed by engineer incharge

Providing & fixing machine made Laminated flush shutters for doors including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete 40mm thick and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws ACP Sheet 4mm thick and Glass in glazing. Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 300x300mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 sand) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
