Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying Geo synthetic non woven filter media below launching appron/Crates/any other location as directed by Engineer-in-charge, the geo synthetic filter media to be provided as per technical specification/as directed and to be laid properly over prepared surface removing undulation, vegitation etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of hand packed boulder filling behind wire crates including cost of stones, including all lead and lifts at site complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Type Gabion Mattress of size 3m x 1m x 0.5m with 2 nos. diaphragms, the mesh wire to be Zinc + PVC Coated, having Mesh Wire Dia. as 2.7/ 3.7 mm; Mesh Type: 100mm x 120mm, Nominal PVC Coating to be 0.5mm and in no case shall be less than 0.38mm, Gabion Mattress to be provided with Zinc + PVC Coated Lacing Wire of dia. 2.2/3.2 mm and Zinc + PVC Coated Selvedge Wire Dia as 3.4/ 4.4mm complete in all respect as directed, the Gabion Mattress to be filled with river size boulders of size 230 mm to 300 mm. The work is inclusive of Collection & carriage of specified river boulder free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials, its stacking at quarry site as directed, payment of forest royalty, monopoly etc, carriage/ transportation of collected boulder to work site over kutcha road/embankment/quarry road (to be maintained by contractor) which interalia shall include loading, unloading, cost of POL, hire charge of truck with driver and handyman etc., Assembling of Gabion Mattress, Dumping of boulders in Gabions and launching the same in position complete in all respect.
